Let me see David Gotzh Father killed a 12-year-old girl and said that it was because the sun was in his eyes. And his son goes out of his way to make sure that Zion ends up the same.

David wanted to speak about how Danny and I were squatters in the house that we own for over 16 years ( he has not owned anything in his life longer than that). His dad kills a Hispanic girl, and he wants to one-up the old man by going after one of those negro gang members that he talks about that has taken over his nice clean, clear mall in Hobart. So many of you were saying to me; Riv do not make this personal as this is about Zion. I told you all this case was not about Zion and has not been about him since last year.

This case was about the fact that Joyce has been jumping rent for the past ten years; she has been put out of each placed that she has lived since 18 years of age. FACT 100% she was selling sex out of my mom house last summer and the police told my mom it was nothing she could do about it.

FACT Her grandfather left this word due to his own uses of drugs and I had to come out of my pocket and pay, and now I am in court fighting to get my money back.

You better know this is personal for me. I can lock that house and be a ghost before the sun comes up the next day personal for me. I told them cook county jail does not scare me. I am a black man living in a city that hates me. On top of that, I am mad as hell that I let you all get into my head about how we have a system that works.

Tell that to this little girl that on September 23, 2009, a Yakima girl critically injured in a pedestrian accident when a driver runs red light name David Gotzh. FACT! A 10-year-old Yakima girl was critically injured in a pedestrian accident as she walked to school on Monday morning in Yakima reports the Yakima Herald.com. The girl was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle for treatment, and she remains in critical condition.

According to the report, the girl was crossing the street at an intersection with her sisters when she was hit by a pickup truck driven by a retired Washington State Patrol sergeant, David Gotzh. Apparently, Gotzh said he did not see the red light because of the glare of the sun.

As I stood in Court Room 1806 with a tape recording as proof and Judge Susan Kenndy-Sullivan said she did not want to hear it. Why? Due to David Gotzh that has more speeding ticket (it is no wonder from the drinking) than a local bullet told the judge I should have found this out before today.

How in hell was I going to do that, I did not tell her to come to court and lie in May. They knew she was telling lies as she said to me, the man in the court knew Joyce was telling lies and he did not say anything.

WOW! And you all want me to play Nice. Sorry, not in my DNA! You all do not know the man I am, and on the levels that I can go too. I do not go to church, and I do not sit up and pray for anything, I make it happen.

Where was the justice for that little girl? Do not talk to me about justice, if you or I were to go out and hit someone and kill them and say that it was not on us as the sun got into our eyes; we would walk? Hell, no we would not.

Same with Zion, he is getting C in school now, due to the fact that he does not have anyone to help him, he is on his own, and the weed does not help with math. What does the Judge say about this, oh well mom is getting him some help. I say that Clear folk only care about the black baby when they are in the womb; once they come out they are set and grom to be 21st-century slave #CCProateCourttoCCJail!

WTF, People wake up, these folks do not care about you or yours. They build jails for yours, and the sad part about is that too many of you play the game. Night after night on the news I see Black man or boy kills someone. Just today carjacking after carjacking and I can tell you that I have got to the point where I do not care anymore. Why should I? We want to sit up and pray that this stop, well it stops when the people rise and make it stop.

You all keep voting these bozos in, I said let’s go out and recall the judge from the bench, and we do nothing. After all, what is she doing? Just harming little black and brown babies and shit they use to feed them to the pets for sports. I need to take me about $5k and put into some prison stock; as it is only going to make money.

Danny said all that she could think about was how dumb all those people in court were, as they talk about how bringing this case to an end would stop Mahdee; she said they do not know you.

As Joyce was in court with one of her street workers that look like they both just came off the track calling folks bitches and talking about who they will fuck up. And to say God is good after.

Ask me why I do not partake in the church, well I do not support anything that helps to mental enslave my people and sorry but that is what the church does. How can you be out here taking a young man from the only family he knows and placing him into this hell and say that God is good?

Slave Catcher

Let me say that as a man that prides himself on helping to bring up and push education to young boys of color what I had to go through in cook county probate courts was just another judicial lynching that was ok by a man who looks like me; however, he does not think like me. 
Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan needs to be removed from the bench, and David Gotzh needs to be disbarred and CVLS should not be working with any children of color. I stood in court with tape recording proof that Joyce Washington got Zion back to pawn him off on someone and the court told me that they did not want to hear it as it had nothing to do with the case. 
The primary person that came to court on behalf of the birth mother lied under oath, and the court did not care? I am not shocked as this is the same Judge that told me on July 25th that she did not bother that the birth mother was telling lies as she did not trust me. It was clear this Judge does not like me, and that was told to me back on February 21st, 2018. 
Now, I pointed out facts in this case and as I can see there are two rules of laws one black and one white. The judge said that since I knew about this case, my wife did not need to get service,  I did not get service I found out by looking at the case online that it was action going on. Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said that notice could be just telling someone about a case.  Where is that law, as I cannot find it anywhere? 
I asked about notice to the birth father as he might have some rights; Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told me, “why do I care, I am not the father.” She told my wife that if she can remove me from the picture that she thinks Joyce might let her help her with Zion. 
WHAT! Now, I do not have an issue with the Judge not liking me; I do not have an issue with this judge not caring for the black man in general; what I do have one with is that when she took he personal feeling and used them to destroy young children of color. 
The Judge lied many times in the case, and I find out that she can do this as she is a judge. The Gal lied, and he can do this as he is a lawyer; it seems that anyone can lie in court as long as the judge says it is ok. Now, I used to question how come there are so many men of color lock up in jails when they only make up 5%, and I found out. Just makes up lies to put them in jail and say that it was up to the judge; and no record to go off, just the Judge notes. 
We do not have a justice system in cook county courts, we have a pay to play system where you buy your way onto the bench and once you are there as long as you are locking up and hurting people of color you get to stay. Chief Judge Evans wants to put his head in the sand as he wants to stay Chief so if young black boys are destroyed he looks the other way. 
I am going to spend the weekend with my older boys at our Black School Homecoming this weekend, and when I get back, I will be taking the federal case that I file and file it on the state level. 
I am going to push the federal government to investigate how this judge got onto the bench. I want someone to look into how CVLS gets it money from cook county as they are paid to do what they do. This Judge did things from that bench that were wrong, and as the GAL in all of these cases they have sat by and said nothing as they do not want to bite the hand that feeds them. 
Please do not say to me that is what the courts do, and if I do not agree with them, I have a chain of command to go up.  Well, that chain is as only reliable as its weakest link, and that is cook county probate court, and it is fragile. 
I will have to do all the paperwork myself.  I must make sure it is done on the level of a law firm with a staff of 100.  As that is what I am going to be fighting as the Judge and CVLS told me this is not about what is best for Zion or the law, it is about a black man that dares to question how they run things.  
As a history teacher and man of color, I say this about slavery that many do not think about.  When a run-a-way slave would be caught and brought back to master land, it was not master going out to catch them.  They do not show this a lot; it was other slaves catching them. One might ask why a slave would go out and help to bring another slave back to the hell that they live? 
Well, it is the same reason that police of color, judges of color and anyone or color that knows someone is doing something to hurt others of color and they say nothing about it. It is better to be the Negro that is catching Slaves than be the Negro being caught. 
Think about that as you go out and help catch some more slave today.

Well, It is over as today in courtroom 1806 they had an old fashion Negro Lynching. It all started when David Gotzh; who calls himself the Road Lawyer( https://www.theroadlawyer.com/) more like the racist lawyer; wanted to argue that I did not give him the address to my witness. Now his client Joyce is a member GD’s or she shops around what gang she wants to be. Now I did not want to put the lives of my witness on the line, and I made this clear to him and the people over at CVLS and what did they do come to court and lie. Like the lawyer said if it is about Zion let him the trial. You want to fight on if I dot my I; when Joyce did not even put the “I” down.

Now I am not a dumb man the Judge has an IQ about that of a grape when it comes to making a ruling as she does not do anything. The GAL told her that it was 90 degrees out today and she said ok. So. After that here comes the fact that wanted to say that I did not have standing. I lost standing when I had a lawyer come onto the case and quit. Now, I have not worked my head around that.

So, I could not put on a case. Let see jamella Buckner who is one of my cousins it seems goes to court and lies for Joyce as she is the one that has Zion and has been taking care of him. Now this is a fact, and she called me, and I recorded the call (IL is a one-person state). Now after she hangs up; her husband talks about her coming to court to lie; however, Joyce has the GAL David KKK Gotzh tell her that she does not have to come and tell the truth as he will take care of it.

Now, CVLS tells me that they do not care about this, they do not care about the fact that Joyce does not live where she said she does; because it was all about the Negro that dares to take care of a young black boy (how dare I do that). Now I was not shocked when Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan (who is they say a Democrat) tell me that she does not care, she did not care when Joyce lied on the stand. Her words to me were so what; she does not trust me.

Now, I want to ask this, is this why we have so many young men of color killing in the City of Chicago? They take children from families and give them to the street and as Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan tell them all, go out and get some link and public help. Why not, after all, she does not live in cook county, so her tax money does not pay it, and David gets to run back to Hobart where he wants those Negro from Gary to stop coming and destroying his nice white mall.

You see I told them all this and they wanted to ask me dumb questions. I am putting each and all democrat on notice that I am going to say this if you keep supporting those that hurt us we are going to remove you from office. Any women group that goes out and brings in a judge that does what this one does is a joke. Any lawyer of color that goes and does anything for group that cares more about hurting young black children needs to be run out of town.

These are 100% fact. I stood in a courtroom as they put Joyce up as a mother of the year while she was in the halls calling her aunt a ball head bitch; tells you about this judge, cvls and David Gotzh. They do not care about Zion and have not since the start. Stop giving people your money; there are 100k of the lawyer in the City, stop going to racist one that does not care about you.

You want to give your time and give back, do it with a group that is about helping and not hurting. I do not have to lie about what I said as I caught the judge in another lie; she wanted to say that she has ruled on one of my motion and I told her in the probate case no, she has not heard one of them; she wanted to say that I did not give her something and when I caught that lie; she was like well I did not feel real that.

Now, this is the Judge who sites in probate, and she tells you that she did not read the motion, ok what are you doing? You talk to people like they are nothing and you have those weak folks to dam chicken to speak up; well let me be clear on this. I am a black man in a racist ass city and world, I get up each day and put on my cloth like a man. You cannot do anything to me, as you have raped my women, killed my family and stole all that we had and knew, so I am already living in a world dead. I was born to die; the only things are that I do not know the date.

So, David, you might have turn Zion over to the street but let me tell you this; you are not a man to me, you are a punk. You stand that with that smile on your face as third right, you are nothing to me. You used a child as your dad (and namesake) killed one the same age, you are no better (public record). I have put your name out that for anyone that google you to see just who you are.

Joyce is a fuck up and it all in time that she is going to fuck up, that is her history in life. When she does she is going to talk and tell us why you were fighting for her so much, I say that it was more to that first meeting as you told me that when you and I met, we were going to meet man to man; well I was the only man there! And FYI I check your filing record you want to talk about lazy you are one of the laziest lawyers that I know.

100% Fact, the Judge wanted to say that I could not address the fact about if the dumb dumb that put his name to that birth record, as I am not the father. Well, shit who knows; as Joyce was on the street making that money; so she does not know who his dad is. But the GAL said he does not need one, after all, he just another little black boys whom grades have dropped since he was taking from us. And clear folks are just DUMB; Joyce told the court why and like a fool they were like ok; it is the reason that we need or black and brown

I am sitting here looking at my work, and I cannot wrap my mind around what I need to do as it is down in Jackson right now. 
This has been one hell of a year, and the lies that have been told on me are one for the book. I say that I have more respect than he does, I have not put any personal anything on in my blog about the Judge, or the GAL in this case. I could have, but I did not. He drafts a 26 page to hate Mr. Muahmamd report full of lies. For me, this case is not about them as I have said dealing with racist is nothing new for me. 
I want to bring an end to the system that they are, I want to make sure that the next little black boy that comes through that court does not have to deal with these two or anyone like them. The lies that they have told on me, the way the GAL has made me out to be this angry negro. The fact that he knows for 100% fact that he stood in that courtroom and lied. 
I hate to do this, but I must make sure that all this comes to light, I must bring in others that do not want to be in this case. I did not want to be in this case. However, the GAL and Judge both overlook the rule of laws as to BUCK the Negro was more critical. I have the utmost respect for the provisions of laws, and it is with this that I say if you hire David Gotzh; you get what you paid for nothing. 
When you google this man as I did before I met him the remarks about him do not lie; he is Lazy, and he lies and does not want to work. I have let others read what he has drafted in this case, and each one noticed right away that he just takes a shell and fill in the blanks. He uses his clear privilege to get away with what he does, and he needs to be locked up for what he has done to Zion. 
Now, this is coming to an end as the high court will be dealing with this. I asked the GAL and court about the gang members that Joyce has on social page taking pictures with Zion, and he tells the court that is better than being with Mr. Muahmamd. This man gave Joyce my daughter home address downstate and she came down there with some GD’s and it was one reason my baby girl had to move and change her job. This is the type of man he is. 
I asked about the fact that Joyce has a lot of young men around Zion, and he tells the court that is better than being with Mr. Muhammad. The Muslim joke he made in court on July 25th shows the type of person he is. 
I have 0 respect for him as a lawyer and man. David is the reason that 45 will be reelected. The Klan has taken off the sheet and traded them in for suite and ties. We need to wake up, we need to call these people out for what they are and why they are. I fight each day to make sure that people like him do not hurt young men of color and kills me that I could not keep him from Zion. 
I failed as a dad on this one as it was my job to protect him, I was Dad, and I can fix anything. So, when he asked me to fix this as he did not want to go live with Joyce, I did all that I could to fix it. I trust into the legal system that is not made for black and brown. David cannot fight me on the law, so he talks about me, he calls me crazy, this man has called me everything but the N-Word in court. 
He stands before that Judge and opens his mouth and just lies come out. I am going to post each thing he has said in this case; I am going to start writing my book this winter. I have booked my trip to Cuba as I need to sit on the beach and write. This man called me a bum and that my family was. This man wrote this in a report about what I did not tell; he is a joke. 
The FACT is I posted and blog about my house and the fight I was in with the bank and how I was not going to pay them for a home that was underwater. When a person that does not pay his taxes and want to toss rock when he lives in a glass house. That same BS was done in that case of the killing of that young black boys. 
Clear folks do this all the time, they cannot fight a black man dead or alive fair, so they go after them with lies. Fact, I walked away with a check for $10k and told the bank they could have that house (and it was nothing the bank could do as I put the house in our business and did a trump). I own a paid off a building that when I am done is going to be 4 or 5 times more than what I paid for it. 
You are and cannot hold a candied to me, you made it clear what you felt about me when you talk about how you shop at Menards and home depot and I know how to build them. He is the man that I talk about, I go over to their homes and show them how to change a light bulb. I am not only good with my hands I can think. I am American worst nightmare. So, I sit here and look at my work and it is not that I do not know what to put on paper, it is more so that my soul hurts. 
Racism is never going anywhere as there are people like David who hide behind the sheets, sit the Court know who you are, the judges know who you are, the people working in the courts know why you are, and I hope one day each and every person in American knows who you are. You abused and used a little black boy to BUCK ME. Sir, you are a RACIST!
