We only care once a Black Child dies

I am reading about the little girl that lost her life, and I wonder why no one cared for this child before it got to this point? We are a society that only cares about black children once they have lost their lives or has taken a life. I look at all the uproar that is going on about the teacher's strike, and I ask myself if we cared as much about educating black children as we do about locking them up; there would not be a strike.

I wrote about how CVLS and a cook county judge told me in court about the fact that once a child is giving back to their mother, it is not the concern of the court what that mother does to that child. We were not upset about this fact; no one wrote or called the Chief Judge or the board of CVLS to inquire why is this their mission when it comes to black children. We only care once a child has lost their life.

When Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan took Zion from us, she did not care about him. For David Gotzh, Zion was one of these little black thugs that he talks about keeping out of Hobart Ind. I feel for the little girl that lost her life, and I want to ask about all the other ones that will come to the same faith because we do not care.

What role did the parents play in this; what personal issue with them cause this child to have her life taking? Far too often, as parents, we tend to live a life that can bring harm to our child; and we do not stop living that life. How did this baby go missing for someone to get her and take her life? As now that her life has been taking, I am sure all these questions will be answered as now we care.

Each day CVLS sends someone into a courtroom to represent a black child; we know nothing about that person, what views they might bring into that courtroom or what their mission in life is. What I know is that on February 21, 2018, David Gotzh came into 1806 with one mission and only one to seek revenge on me, and he was going to used Zion to do such. On that day, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said that her goal was to make sure we did not adopt Zion and that he does not play baseball or go to JSU.

Not one-person care, the calls, the letters all the emails, and faxes were to death ears as we are the same ones that protest to save a child's life in the womb so that we can lock it up or kill it as it grows. I say that we treat black children like vegetables. We tend to them before they are ready to be born, and one they are we eat them up. Well, once a black baby comes into this world, no one cares about them until they kill or have been killed.

Before 16 shoots!

We all know about the night that a Black child was shot 16 times by a Chicago police officer; however, what was the story before that night; what happened in that child’s life that leads him to be walking that night to be killed? Could he had gotten some help before that night that could have changed his path in life is what I want to write about.

I have for the past year been fighting Cook County probate court, CVLS and a system where a cook county judge sits on the bench with one job is to save young children; however, told me that going to college, playing baseball, growing up with 2 parent’s and being adopted is not the right path for a young black boy.

I have watched as a lawyer who was placed into the position to be the GAL for this young man who has talked about his racist views and still is allowed to represent the best interest of black boys. CVLS and ARDC felt that just because he was racist does not make him a bad lawyer. When asked about protecting, what is best for this young black boy; to be told that is not the job of the courts. After they give the children back to the mothers, what she does with, and too them is not the concern of cook county courts.

The young man that was gun down 16 times like a wild animal came up thought this same system and at some time during his life he had a gal, a judge and others to feel that it was better for him to be walking the street one night and to be gun down than at home asleep getting ready for school or to play baseball.

All that I request is for someone to take the time to review the cook county probate case of the Est. of Z. Washington and tell me was justice done in his best interest or was it a prelude to 16 Shoots”!

30 Summers Left?

30 more! I was sitting up watching a show, and the comedic talk about those in their 40’s have about 30 more summers left, and after this one, it will be 39. Well, at this stage of my life, I can say that I am about 60% sure that is what I have. For me to spend one year, one month, one week, or one hour on this, it was time that I will never get back, and no money can replace it.

This was time in Zion's life; he is never going to forget or get back; this young man had his life map out, and it was all there for him. I look at my other children, and I think about the work we put into them to make sure that they were on the right road and did not go down the path that I took.

I'm passed mad; I m pass angry as this was done for nothing more than, Joyce was jealous of the child she talks about how much she loves. Jamila lied in court for about $110 in link, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan allowed a racist to control her and that courtroom and last but the key to this is that I asks CVLS to remove David Gotzh from this case back in February of 2018 when I found out he was a racist and they choose not to.

Had any other GAL been on this case, my family, Zion, and all the others whose lives had been changed would have never cross paths. I am not going to be quiet, and I am sure in hell not going anywhere. I can post these things because they are facts. I can speak about how Jamila and her husband talk about how she was going to have to keep up her lie as not to get into trouble. I can talk about the fact that David was helping Joyce; I can speak about them due to the fact that I have them both on recorder talking about these facts.

I do not know when or where my time will come to an end; what I do know is that I am so dammed mad that I have to fight like hell to save Zion when it is not one person that feels he is better where he is.

This was never about Joyce wanted to be a mom; she dumps Zion off with Jamila as she told me, “I feel like I am Zion mom.” She told me about the guys, pimps, johns that Joyce was bringing into Zion's life.

David Gotzh is a chip right after his dad; Racism is taught and pass down, so when his father took that 12 years old Hispanic girls’ life and got away with it, he wanted to do the same, and he found CVLS. They are doing to the black community with the catholic church did; they allow members to come in and rape the fabric out of the poor. Justice is not what they bring, the takeaway by giving racist a path to destruction.

I have about 30 more summers left, and I am going to spend some of it, making sure that not another Zion is destroyed. I called on those in power in cook county to request that an investigation is open up on this case. ARDC needs to call all the lawyers who were a part of this case and get the facts; the Judicial Board needs to hold a hearing into the actions of the Judge. We want to stop killing; let’s stop making killers!

What is Service?

They say that life goes on but does it? I question the fact that up to this point I still do not have a clue what is service in cook county; as you can just google her name, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan to see that in the case of the young lady that killed her mother and stuff her body into bag; along with the father of a baby she had. The judge ruled that she did not have jurisdiction over them due to the fact that service could not be done.
Now, this same judge ruled that just the fact that we knew about this case was good enough for her. What do these two cases share? Both were not in the best interest of the child., per the laws of the land. How could the judge do what she did; easy, both cases involved children of color, and in both, the judge was able to make sure that their life was and is hell.
You think what I post about this judge is not true; go back and read her rulings; she said that it was better for that child to grow up in foster care in Balu than to have a life in American. She noted that it was better for Zion to grow up on 79th street in a war zone than to grow up and become something in life. I do not have to make up anything or lie about this person as the facts are there.
Why was she removed from the probate courtroom; why was she placed into a courtroom where all her cases should not be recorded. I said it should be; because I was in that courtroom, and she told the recorded to stop recording. I do not have to lie about this as there is a record on this. She askes the GAL in court what she could do with me. This judge should not be on the bench, and she should have had a recalled vote.
If what she was doing was done to nonblack children, this would have never taking placed; however, we do not care about black babies; we have people in office that do not think anything about them as long as they keep killing each other. I say we need to remove them all as they are not better; in fact, that is worse as they pretend to care when, in fact, they do not.
So, the question that I asked over and over what is service? I have to show proof that I did service; I have to keep trying until I can get it; however, Joyce did nothing; David Gotzh lied and fake; no, he forges paperwork to say that he mailed out something after the fact when he did not.
I know all these to be fact; however, no one cares. ARDC told me that unless one of the other lawyers in the case tells what he has been doing, there is nothing they will do. After all, it is his word against a black man.
The 2020 cook county budget deals with the court system from one standpoint: “Foster a justice system that focuses on reducing recidivism and pretrial detention by investing in violence prevention programs, electronic monitoring, I-bonds, probationary and pretrial services.” They know they are going to lock up black people; as such, what to do with them after that point. More is put into the court's system, and what do we get from it?
“We do not care what a mother does to a child once we give them back,” A cook county judge said this from the bench after CVLS told her such. How in hell can the cook county courts talk about justice with a mindset as such? Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan gives theme back as she knows that they will one day be recycled back into the court system

Emotionally Lynching

Once the court gives a child back to the mother, what she does with them is not the concern of the court! Now, we do not have to ask why there are so many young men of color killing or being killed as cook county probate court, and CVLS is no better than DCFS when it comes to how they handle minors.

The fact is that CVLS said it was a conflict of interest for the cook county guardship office to give me paperwork; however, it was not for them to send a lawyer to court to tell the judge that my petition to get Zion back should be denied due to lack of standing. I do not understand this; sorry, I think I do; RACE is at the key of this case and has been for some time.

Those lawyers at CVLS hate me because they are not me. They look at me and say how dare I come to court in a suit and tie; how dare I challenge them; how dare I be a black man that takes care of his children. They are so used to seeing black folks come into that court that they can talk down to; they love to see single black women come into that court asking for a handout. They are sure that they will always have a job as they know it is more likely that they are going to raise a young man of color that will one day find themselves in the court system.

When Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said to me that she was going to do all that she could in her powers to make sure that Zion never made it in life; she has kept her word. I have no respect for her; David Gotzh or CVLS and for that any lawyer or person in power with cook county that does nothing when day after day young black babies’ lives are destroyed.

Those who push to end women's rights do it with a two face; they love those black babies until it comes out; well, cook county loves them until they grow up. When they are young and living off the government, they are the pride and joy of cook county. They know that is just another voter if they vote. I watch as the judges and CVLS talks to them about the process works; you get a child; you get some food stamps, and medical card and life is excellent.

I sit in your courts and I cry; I cry as I keep asking myself how in the hell do a people that only make up 12 percent make up over 80 percent of those in the court system. I am so sick of anyone that wants to say that it is due to our ex-slave master or clear people; cook county is run and control by people of color and mostly women. Do anyone of you have a child; do you know what it feels like to watch that child grow with their life and dream in reach and to have someone come into their lives and destroy them.

My wife talks about how Zion looked the last time she saw him. How sacred he was to speak, how he wanted to put on a brave face and all he could do was say “I love you mom and I want to come home!” Hate is an understatement; what I feel cannot be described. I will never let them break me; I know that is what they want.

On Monday, when the judge rubber stamps what CVLS ask for; she asked them where Zion was, all they could say is that they think he is with birth mom. They do not give a dam about Zion as he was just a tool to Lynch me in the courts emotionally.

Next, out of the words of her mouth; “What Mom does with Their Child after we Give them back is not our concern!"

Yes, as I said, they only care about those little black babies while they are in the womb; once they come out; they are not their concern!

What is JAIL!

Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said from the bench that no courts would vacate her orders. And up to this point, she is correct as of the 2016 Illinois Law: Best Interests of the Child Factors 750 ILCS 5/602.5 is just a law that far too many Cook County Courts overlook.

When looking at what was done to Zion., not one of these factors were considered; Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan  rubberstamp each and everything that the David Gotzh requested as his dislike for me for filing an ARDC complaint for using the term "Color People Time" clouded his judgment. And a want and need to kill a child of color like his dad was his goal in life.

Zion was removed from the only family he knew for 12 years of his life without service; or notice.  Per Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan; based solo on the fact that Joyce had an apt for two months (that she was evicted from during the hearings) and a job for 6.  And Jamila B. came to court and committed perjury on the stand (David and Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan both knew she was doing such; as Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said she does not like me; so, she does not care!).

Why do we even have a probate court if that is all the burden that is needed for a mother to get her child back? For that, why take them away? Per CVLS; "we do not care what mom does with the child once she gets them back." I guess that is why so many are killed under DCFS and CVLS; as they do not care!

·         The wishes of the child, taking into consideration the child’s maturity and ability to express reasoned and independent preferences as to decision making;
·         The child’s adjustment to his or her home, school, and community;
·         The mental and physical health of all individuals involved, including the child and both parents;
·         The ability of the parents to cooperate with decision-making for the child, or whether the level of conflict between the parents might affect their ability to share decision-making responsibilities;
·         How much each parent participated in past decision-making responsibilities for the child;
·         Any prior agreement or course of conduct between the parents relating to the decision making for the child;
·         The wishes of the parents;
·         The child’s needs;
·         The distance between the parents’ homes, the cost and difficulty of transporting the child, the daily schedules of each parent and child, and the ability of both parents to cooperate in the parenting time arrangement;
·         Whether a restriction on decision-making is appropriate under Section 603.10 (whether one parent acted in a way that seriously endangered the child’s physical, moral, mental health or emotional development);
·         The willingness and ability of each parent to facilitate and encourage a close and continuing relationship between the other parent and the child;
·         Any other factor that the court finds relevant.

I want anyone to look at this case and tell me it was not about Racisms; Hate, and Revenge. How dare Mahdee Muhammad be a black man that can read.  How dare does he question Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan. How dare does he file a judicial complaint or ARDC complaint.  Last how dare does he raise a little black boy from 3 months for 12 years and teach him to be a strong young educated black man. As Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said, “that is not the right path from this child,” Mahdee answer to her was clear; “what is JAIL!

CVLS Killing Black Boys!

Carter G. Woodson made the statement: “When you control a man’s thinking, you do not have to worry about his actions.”

The instruction that is being offered today does not provide African-American and other minority students with an encouraging and nurturing environment. The problem is a lack of understanding of cultural differences.

I am a 51 year young, father of four. One 13-year-old son, daughter 25, who has her master's in Children's social work, son 24 working on his master's in education at Thee I love, Thee Jackson State University. I also have a 19-year-old who is in his second year at Jackosn State University (he is the 5th generation to attend JSU).

I am working on my thesis for a Ph.D. in Curriculum, Instruct & Assessment, on the days I am not fighting to get our 13 years old son back (we are his legal guardian, had him since he was three months), I am trying to educate one student at a time. I feel that today’s education systems lack the input of influential male educators of color, and I hope that is and will always be who I am.

I feel that we do not have Thurgood Marshal; Ruth Bader Ginsburg; or for that Warren E. Burger; we have lawyers that are only in it for the money, and the sad part is that there is so little money to be made.

I have been in the courts fighting to get our son back. I had a judge discharge my wife and me for only one reason; I was a black man that dare to read or ask a question. We need lawyers that are not afraid to ask questions or stand for what they feel is right. And we need those that will stand up and fight when they know it is not about the law but Race.

On 10/7/19, I had a lawyer from CVLS and a Cook County judge tell me that it is not the job of the court to worry about a (black) child once they go back to their mother. That statement answers the question; why do we have so many young black boys killing.

Well, I say to that lawyer and that judge; it is because we have too many lawyers and judges like you two.
I cannot save all the little black children in the world, but I can save one at a time, and that starts by bringing an end to CVLS and Judges that sit on the bench that feel it is not their job to worry about black children.

I am sure that I am not going to get any support or for that anyone that wants to sit down with me; as you all are making too much money of the slave labor of black boys.

I will be requesting to see how much of the Cook County budget goes to CVLS to kill black boys. CVLS said that it was a conflict of interest to give me paperwork; however, it was not to show up to court and tell a judge to dismiss my petition to get Zion back.

Vote her out!

What President Trump was doing; is what Judge Susan Kennedy Sullivan did for the one year that she sat on the bench in the Zion case. She broke the law and allowed others to comment perjury and fake court documents just for personal revenge.
Joyce did not file her documents thought the clerk’s office; no, she took them right to the judge; When the Judge asks David Gotzh in open court did, he take care of that, and he said he was going to do it that day. What was she talking about; well, on that day, Davie filed a notice of services saying that he mailed out something that he did not.
When I question for proof (as a GAL, he was not going to mail out anything and not keep a copy of the bill for tax reason); the judge told me she did not need anything as she trusts anyone but me. Time after time, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan broke the law and time after time nothing for done about it.
So, what happened; A young black boys’ life was destroyed; Zion is living a life of food stamps and hands out. This young man's life was killed at the hands of this judge; CVLS and David Gotzh, and nothing were done about it. I am so dammed sick of hearing about how others go to jail for little things, and these people do not even get a slap on the hand.
What did Chief Judge Evans do; nothing and for that reason alone, he should have been removed as Chief Judge. However, he has the black church and those blacks in power in Cook County that does not care. As long as they have someone black in that office, they feel it is better than not. Well, that Judge from Texas that hug that killer is black; and I guess it was better to have her in that courtroom than not.
I am so sick of sending these emails; faxes, and making phone calls as I know too many they do not care. I am just one person with one vote and once voice, and I don’t have any support behind me. After all, I am a black man, and in this day; my life is not worth a bucket of warm cow waste.
I do not know what I have to do; what I have to say; or whom ear I have to be in to get a sit down; all I want is for something to look at the facts in this case; look at the paperwork and tell me that this case was done correctly. Like a fool, I thought the Frist District Appellate Court was going to do this; however, CVLS wrote the storyline, and my voice and the laws were unheard of.
We do not have laws in Cook County; we do not have rules of laws; We have a system that is broken and unfair. It locks up black men just because and just like President Trump; Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said when asked; how can you do this; She said, “I am the Judge,” so Make sure we Vote her out!
