I read this mem about how black men should stop going to jail if they want to boycott clear folks’ business.  Well, this is what I have to say about that.

Well, many times that is forced upon some black men; as now you can go to jail for not looking a Judge in her face, or just being a man. There is nothing wrong with a man that goes to jail for a reason; as Dr. King and many of the civil rights men were sent to jail. I say that if you see me going you better know that I have a smile on my face as I am going for the reason that I am willing to give my life for.

We have some that go to jail due to the fact that they have lost hope and the reason for this is that they have been put into a box where they have nothing to live for. Yes, there are those that go because they have done something wrong; however, that number is not that high. Stop letting your ex-slave master play with your mind.

On May 30, 2018, I was lock up due to the fact that a GAL David Gotzh used a judge in Cook County Courts to lynch me, he could not break me, he could not buck me; so, he thought sending me to jail was going to make and defined me as a man. He took away my rights, and in doing such he violated my civil rights, and that is why I have reached out for help from the federal courts for that.

He works for CVLS, and they are placed into the minority community to help them.  The problem is that they seem to do more harm than help. They gave this man GAL of the month for sending me to jail; they put him up as what all GAL in Cook County CVLS should be. A racist who used little black boys and girls; I must ask what makes them any better than the priest that are placed into these community?

Many want to talk to me about how there are two and sometimes three sides to every story, and that is correct. However, the truth is there, and I ask the Judge to allow me to get a copy of the recording that was made of the hearing so that the truth can come out. Well, David Gotzh and CVLS objected to this; that is 100% correct the GAL in Zion case does not want the recording to come out as they will show that he lied under oath; they will show that he and the Judge allow Joyce to perjure herself.

So, when you want to talk about Justice and how we have it, just know that our court system is not and was never about getting justice it was a system built on slavery. This case was never about Zion, and I have said that; it was about me, the Negro that dares to stand up and be a man.

Our ex-slave master loves seeing a black man in a dress as that is a man they can break.  But to see someone like me; I am the one that they will have to cut his foot off so that he cannot walk. And when I craw they will cut my tongue out so that I cannot speak. When I learn how to sign; at that point, they will just kill me!

He needs to Be in JAIL!

Fraud on the Court
When we look at our judication system we know that it is not fair; however, when fraud is allowed to take place, it just goes to heart that many people of color feel about the system; that it is not just for us.
I have read each and every page in the record for this case, and If you check my point, you will find that on May 14th, 2018 I was before Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and she and the GAL were taking, and she asks him had he taking care of that. Well, I did not have a clue what she was talking about until I look at the record. It turns that that on May 16th notice was placed into the court file.
The GAL put this into the case file to pretend that he sent me something and he did not. Now, this type of illegal actions seems to have passed down as Joyce did the same thing. She files something with the court, and after that, she changes the document, and I did not know for sure until I read the record. Joyce did this before with a notice; she told the court that she mails out notice and she did not, so when asked to prove it she did.
Now, the date of filing was June 1st, 2018; and she said she mail it to our lawyer; the issue is that the name listed, well she did not become our lawyer until weeks later. Fact is that I did not even know her on June 1st, 2018; however, she was on this notice. That is not the only time that Joyce has done this, and David Gotzh has done it a lot. He did his brief and did not send me anything; nothing. However, time after time he does this notice of service and lies on them, and he is allowed to do this.
I ask myself how many black men have been put to death off the lies by the court; how many are sitting up in someone jail right now due to the fact that a Judge and lawyer will do anything to get revenge; as it is not about justice. I have addressed this before, and I have pointed this out to the appeals court, and I am sure that they will not do anything; as Chief Judge Evans just turns his head and looks the other way. It is easy to look the other way until it affects us or someone that we love. 
Whenever any officer of the court commits fraud during a proceeding in the court, he/she is engaged in "fraud upon the court." In Bulloch v. United States, 763 F.2d 1115, 1121 (10th Cir. 1985), the court stated "Fraud upon the court is fraud which is directed to the judicial machinery itself and is not fraud between the parties or fraudulent documents, false statements or perjury. ...
It is where the court or a member is corrupted or influenced, or influence is attempted or where a judge has not performed his judicial function --- thus where the impartial functions of the court have been directly corrupted." "Fraud upon the court" has been defined by the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals to "embrace that species of fraud which does, or attempts to, defile the court itself, or is a fraud perpetrated by officers of the court so that the judicial machinery cannot perform in the usual manner its impartial task of adjudging cases that are presented for adjudication." The 7th Circuit further stated, "a decision produced by fraud upon the court is not, in essence, a decision at all, and never becomes
final." What effect does an act of "fraud upon the court" have upon the court proceeding?
"Fraud upon the court" makes void the orders and judgments of that court. It is also clear and well-settled Illinois law that any attempt to commit "fraud upon the court." Vitiates the entire proceeding. Under Illinois and Federal law, when any officer of the court has committed "fraud upon the court", the orders and judgment of that court are void, of no legal force or effect.
A divorce lawyer, it is said that they lied for sport. However, David Gotzh does not only lie for sport; however, he commented fraud for sport and his teaching had been passed down to Joyce. She is not smart enough to know what to do, or she would have just done it correctly the first time. David Gotzh told her what she needed to do after the fact, and she did it, and he knew that she was commenting fraud and he said nothing.

Defendants wrongfully convicted of crimes and later exonerated. They constitute 47% of the
1,900 exonerations listed in the National Registry of Exonerations (as of October 2016), and
the vast majority of more than 1,800 additional innocent defendants who were framed and convicted of crimes in 15 large-scale police scandals and later cleared in “group
exonerations.”
Many of the convictions of African-American murder exonerees were affected by a wide range of types of racial discrimination, from unconscious bias and institutional discrimination to explicit racism.
Most wrongful convictions are never discovered. We have no direct measure of the number of all convictions of innocent murder defendants, but our best estimate suggests that
they outnumber those we know about many times over. Judging from exonerations, half of those innocent murder defendants are African Americans.
This is why David Gotzh needs to be in JAIL!

CVLS and RACE

The depression that I live with is genuine and I mask it very well; I have not had or taken the time to seek professional help with dealing with the loss. 
I guess that for many of you it hard to understand what I am talking about or deal with, as the loss of a child is not something that can be understood. You see had Zion died I could deal with that as it gives closure to the pain of losing a child. However, he is alive and living in a world of hell, and it is nothing I can do about it. 
I do not ask for help anymore as I found out that no one outside of Danny, the children and myself understand. How can you, none of you lived with him for 12 years; took care of him and watch him grow into the young man that he was becoming. That is why for many it is life goes on, you have to let go, you need to move one and this one, he is with his birth mother; so, he will be ok; or he will never forget what you all put inside of him. 
It is remarks like this that shows me you all do not have a clue. I am a daddy, I talk in some way with each of my children each day, we text, or we talk as it is not a day that passes that I do not make sure to let them know I am here for them. They know that at any time; or day that all they have to do is call and I will answer. Zion cannot do that; he used to be with his mom, or I would be gone, and if he wanted or needed something, he would call me; as he had his own phone. 
So now he not spoken to us in over six months and it is 100% due to the fact that I am a black man that did not back down to a racist. 
RACE is the reason that for the first time in history as I have checked, that a guardian was dismissal without cause, especial after having a child for longer than four years; we had him for 12. 
The civil code of procedure for this state and most of the 50 require that notice and service must be giving or got before any case can go forward. That was never done in this case, and the GAL in this case along with CVLS cited a case to the Judge that they said allowed for the Judge to bypass this law. 
Now, I have reviewed the transcripts (they did all that they could to keep from having one), and all the cases that were cited by them do not apply. 
It is without a doubt that had I had help with doing my brief with the high court it would be no doubt that we would have got a stay in the case and would have Zion back by now. However, he is being lied to. He is being told that we abandoned him, we did not send him anything for his birthday due to the fact that we stop loving him. Joyce has been playing mental games with him, and he might seem to be an old soul, but he is still only 12. 
For Zion he does not understand as he does not know the laws; he thinks we are his mom and dad and we should be able just to come and pick him up. Zion last words “I want to go home with my mom and dad to live.” He told this to David Gotzh, and as Zion GAL it was his duty to relay this to the court, and this was not done. It was not done due to the fact that I called him out on his racism. 
Now I do not just hold Joyce responsible for what was done, as there is not ONE lawyer that had gone before Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan that did not know she should not have been in that courtroom; NOT ONE. She did not have a clue what she was doing, and for that reason, she did not rule in line with the laws. She 100 % of the time did as she wanted based on GAL and personal feelings about a case. 
I am not the first one to take her own; however, I am the first one to challenge her and CVLS for having a system that is built on Race. We are coming to grips with the fact that many lawyers, police, judge, and doctors are also racist in their personal life. 
Many times, that personal life cross over into their work life; that was the case here. CVLS had a duty to investigate what I said to them; however, the issue they had was no one of color works in the office. 
So, when David goes into the office and spin the story and makes it seem like he is trying to do all he can to save Zion. He lied about going to Joyce house and other facts into this case and let me be clear this man who took an oath to be a lawyer in this state has legal sign documents saying that he has done things in this case that I know for a fact he lied about. 
All these facts are the reason that I do not sleep, I am depressed, and my soul is sick. I am not dumb I know that Zion is going to come to an age where he is going to have a more prominent voice. That does not help him now; this young man is at that stage of his life where we are going to lose him to the life. 
When I found out about the drugs being used around him, I wanted to snap; however, that is what they wanted me to do. I had to sit back and just let it pass. I asked the trial court to drug test Zion, and Joyce and the GAL and CVLS argue that it not be done. 
I know that I am nobody, I am a non-factor in American, the look at me as being less than nothing, Zion is just a drop in the ocean where his wave is never going to be felt. People say to me that they will pray, well that is nice; how about doing more passing my blog on to someone, send a letter to ILL AG office, ARDC, Judicial Board, and demand that they open up the investigated into the cases I have filed with them and not just put them on a desk. 
This week I have some downtime, and I need to go into the city and spend some time in those law books looking up case law. As I said what was done in this case has never taken place before so it is hard to find a case where a trial court has done what was done in this case. So, for me to say and point to what was done, I have also to support it with case law.

Wow, that is about the truth. I was getting my crutch (Dr. Pepper) as it has been a long day for me and as I was coming out of food four less here, she comes. Now, I park in the far part of the parking lot as I enjoy the walk; so, there was nothing near me but air. So, when this older sister comes up with this little boy sitting in a walker, I see it in her eyes.
So, she said to me, “sir do you have anything that to give so I can feel him.” Dam just got me $5 single, nice and fresh in my pocket and what I do? I gave it to her as she could have been my grandam (except for the begging part) and for that reason my heart is soft. Now, yes, it’s a chance that I just got hustle as they just got double on the link and I am sure she gets it, and if that is her grandchild, he gets it.
But I gave, and like the fool, I feel like my head hurts as that shit hits home. As you see Joyce did this same BS. She was at Walmart’s begging for food and money for Zion; that is 100% right she was there getting those folks to give her money to feed him and for sports (100 facts, if it is not see you in court). So, I hate it; I hate it when anyone that looks like me is out here begging when this government is giving out money.
Do not tell me that bs that they do not have any money to give; as I am not the one. I know someone that works for DHS, and I know how each month my cart 20 items and the ones next to me have steak and lobster and prime rib. I talk about the brother in the store talking about how he and his dog eats well when his link comes on. I personally cannot stand these folks as I had to take the $80 my grandma got when she was in her late 80 to eat for a month. I need to get me some ice as I need a talk one (Dr. Pepper).
Real story as my mom was in the parking lot also and she comes pulling up right after and says to me; Sir do you have money so that I can get some gas; as she was able to see me get a hustle. I hate that anyone will have to be out here doing that, and I am sure she was going to get her some drugs. Or she might get into her Lexus and take my $5 and say she got 5 one it. I do not know, but what I do know is that as a black man I hate when anyone that looks like me does this.
When the Clear people see this, they say we all do this as that is normal for them; to put us all in the same box. They see one of my brothers with his ass out, and they think we all walk around with our ass out. I must go to court on Wed to get my money back from paying to have my uncle (Joyce grandfather) service taking care of. And it is a good thing I was able to find my paperwork as the lawyer was trying to say that I did not pay for anything. Why did he say this, because Joyce and GAL David Gotzh said I did not. 
Once more he thinks that all black folks cannot pay for buries as we all must open up go fund me acct, or we have to beg the government for the money. I am at the point of my life where I must fight for everything.
David told the courts that I should not get my money back for that, he feels that I should not be able to sue Menards for my hand getting cut; or the guys that hit my car. This racist told the court that I have all these court cases going on and how dare I do this on my own; after all, Negros do not do that.

Commission Number 3

As a student and teacher of history, I knew about how Black German was treated, and that is why I was shocked when Zion Gal, A lawyer for CVLS talk to me about his German background and when David Gotzh talk about ‘CP” time it became clear to me what he was saying to me. He was letting me know where he comes from and what his background was. This had nothing to do with Zion, this had nothing to do with the facts at hand Joyce did not send out any notice and this probate case under the laws should have been transferred into the adoption case.

So, this is a story that I got that might give you all a clear picture into David Gotzh, and how his birth name is not Gotzh it was shorting when his family came to American to run away from their German past that he is so proud of!

Does anyone know the fate of black Germans in Nazi Germany? Here is their hidden story.

''The Nazis seized power on January 30, of that year with Adolph Hitler’s appointment as chancellor. Following the Reichstag fire on February 27 basic civil rights were suspended. On February 28 the Nazis took control of the state apparatus. Leftist political parties were banned, Germany is declared a one-party state, Jews and leftists including Blacks are eliminated from the bureaucracy, and trade unions are dissolved and replaced with Nazi organizations.

Police rounded up thousands of political opponents, detaining them without trial in concentration camps. The Nazi regime also put into practice racial policies that aimed to "purify" and strengthen the Germanic "Aryan" population. Hitler had a vision of a Master Race of Aryans that would control Europe. He used powerful propaganda techniques to convince not only the German people, but countless others, that if they eliminated the people who stood in their way and the degenerates and racially inferior, they "the great Germans" would prosper. This included mandatory Sterilization for Black Youth.

Prior to World War I, there were very few dark-skinned people of African descent in Germany. But, during World War I, the French brought in Black African soldiers during the Allied occupation. Most of the Germans, who were very race conscious, despised the dark-skinned "invasion". Some of these Black soldiers married White German women that bore children referred to as "Rhineland Bastards" or the "Black Disgrace". On May 13, 1931, the International Olympic Committee, headed by Count Henri Baillet-Latour of Belgium, awarded the 1936 Summer Olympics to Berlin. The choice signaled Germany's return to the world community after defeat in World War I.

In the months and years that followed, Germany proceeded to oppress and murder Blacks and other non-Aryans. On July 14th, 1933, they enacted a new law providing a basis for forced sterilization of handicapped persons, Gypsies, and Blacks. After the International Olympic Committee put concerns about the safety of Black athletes in Nazi Germany to rest, most African American newspapers opposed a boycott of the 1936 Olympics. Black journalists often underscored the hypocrisy of pro-boycotters who did not first address the problem of discrimination against Black athletes in the United States. Writers for such papers as The Philadelphia Tribune and The Chicago Defender argued that athletic victories by Blacks would undermine Nazi racial views of "Aryan" supremacy and foster a new sense of Black pride at home.

In the end, 18 African Americans 16 men and 2 women went to Berlin; triple the number who had competed for the United States in the 1932 Los Angeles Games. That all of these athletes came from predominantly white universities demonstrated to many Black journalists the inferiority of training equipment and facilities at Black colleges where the vast majority of African American students were educated in the 1930s. In his book Mein Kampf, Hitler wrote that he would eliminate all the children born of African-German descent because he considered them an "insult" to the German nation. "The mulatto children came about through rape or the white mother was a whore," Hitler wrote. "In both cases, there is not the slightest moral duty regarding these offspring of a foreign race."

The Nazis set up a secret group, Commission Number 3, to organize the sterilization of these offspring to keep intact the purity of the Aryan race. In 1937, all local authorities in Germany were to submit a list of all the children of African descent. Then, these children were taken from their homes or schools without parental permission and put before the commission. Once a child was decided to be of Black descent, the child was taken immediately to a hospital and sterilized. About 400 children were medically sterilized many times without their parents' knowledge.

The Black experience during the Third Reich is a missing one, mainly due to the comparatively small number of casualties compared to the Jewish loss. Many stories of what happened during the Nazi regime are brought out by author Hans Massaquoi in his book Destined to Witness: Growing Up Black in Nazi Germany 1999. Yet the Black history of these times also includes the brutal treatment of the Herero people before WW II in the (then) German colony of southwest Namibia.

Additionally, when African-American allied soldiers were caught behind enemy lines during the war racial abuse was inflicted on top of their prisoner-of-war status. In 1937, nearly 385 Black German children disappeared without a trace. In Europe the memory of the Third Reich still induces pain. Annually on Veterans Day millions of families all over Europe still mourn lost loved ones, many of whom were Black.'

Yes CVLS; this is the man that you gave award to for the work he did to Zion, you talk about how your mission is to help those whom are poor and need legal help, I think your mission is more to help them get lock up and put to death; as you have lawyers like this working for you. I am never going to stop talking about him and what he did; and Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told me all the time “he is her GAL”. Well, he and his history should go right with her when its time to vote.

Truth.

On these days we had a court reporter in the courtroom and on two of these days we paid. The other four there was one in the courtroom that we were in as Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan denied each and every one of our requests to have one.

On January 29th, 2019 there was one there, and she told her not to take note. So, do not tell me about the truth. I asked her for an order to get the transcript from these days submitted to the record, and she told me “I am not going to do anything for you.”

Anything for me? Wait I thought this was a case about what is best for Zion? CVLS the legal service that talks about how they are for the people and their mission is to give rights and help those that cannot afford a lawyer; told the judge that we should pay for them if we want them. The fact is that it will cost us on average about $400 each; when the judge can give us an order and we can get them free.

Cook County Courts are not about Justice, and I beg; I beg Chief Judge Evans to have a court reporter in the courtroom, and he told me that it was nothing he could do; You are the CHIEF JUDGE! Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told us that she could have one there, she told me that we were entitled to have one, but it is her choice. GAL David Gotzh did not want one, I asked the Judge to give me a copy of some motion he gave her, and she told me to go to the clerk office and search for it.

We have never got one of Joyce motions mailed to us and what did Judge Kennedy-Sullivan said about that nothing; she told me that if I wanted a copy of anything it would be in the court file and it was not. Do not talk to me about justice; do not talk to me about the excellent work that CVLS does with the poor; they make millions. They do not do that work for free; now the lawyers that take on the cases work for free, but CVLS get paid very well.

We need those transcripts for the record as I need them to do my brief; case in point my brief for the OP, David pointed out to the court that there were transcripts from the hearing and how come I did not attach them. He tried to make it seem that I did not do this as I was trying to hide something. He told the Judge not to give them to me. David Gotzh CVLS, wanted the judge to put into the order to stop me from going to another judge to get them.

So, save me with that BS about Justice in Cook County; it is only CROOKS in Cook County and the FEDS need to lock them all up. Who runs probate court for minors; Oh yes Chief Judges Evans Daughter; that is so nice he started a shell company to give his daughter a job. I am not mad at that you take care of home; I am mad that it is being run like the three shells game; you are looking for justice under the shell. Each one of CVLS board members needs to be removed as they all know about this and one of them could have stopped this madness, and they do nothing as that check is too good.

No, I am not going to make any friends here, and I am not looking for any. I made it very clear if I can stop or save one little black boy or girl from having their life destroy like Zion was; that is why I was put in this position.

My little man is going to have to fight, he is going to have to learn to do for self, and I am sure he is living in hell and finding out that people in my family know about this.

There are family members of mine that sit up and smoke weed with Joyce and Zion makes me sick. But that right David told Joyce never to let me know anything about Zion; to not let him calls us.

David Gotzh from Hobart IN you are a RACIST, your father killed a 12-year-old Hispanic girl, and you did the one up, you are trying to kill a 12-year-old black boy. The only good thing is that I never in my life have to go before Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan, and I am not going to stop until I make sure that everyone knows about CVLS.

There might be some good lawyer who cares about what they are doing, but one rotten apple spoils the bunch, and David Gotzh is one of the most Racist apples there.

Pay $$ to Play in Cook County

A fact as a Cook County Judge you should know that laws of the land and you should be able to take a case and rule on it based on the laws.

Now it is a fact, and the sad part is that many lawyers that are working in the probate division known that Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan does not have a clue what the laws are. Now, she is 100% depended on the GAL and to say this is, to tell the truth.  You do not need a lawyer, just sleep with the GAL or pay them off and your case is in the bag.

I was in court on 1/23/19, and she asked the GAL what she should do; Now, I can post this as it is the truth. I stood there and said to myself; wow, if I had hit or asked this gal out, I could get my son back as the judge does not have a clue what she is doing. 

Now, in our case, we had a racist GAL, and I guess for him I could have said yes boss or kiss his ass, and he would not have destroyed our son. As I keep saying I do not know what Joyce did for him or to him; but that hour she was with him alone he came out singing a different note.

Or it could be due to the fact that he talks to me as I was a boy with his nigga time remarks, or it could be that when he was talking to me about his German Nazi background; or who knows what it was.

What I do know is that he and I did not hit it off after he talks to me like I was a boy and his racist jokes in court he might think are funny; however, I do not. And CVLS should have taken control of this case. However, they stood back and allowed a documented racist work for them, and they are 100% liable for his actions.

As the Gal, in this case, he only worked in a way to help Joyce, he did everything in his power to make sure that all her needs were taking care of and he even lied under oath. This case is not about the truth and has never been about that since February 21st, 2018.

I requested the judge to give me an order to have all transcripts added to the case record for the appeal court, and she told me “you think I am going to give you anything.” Now this is a cook county judge saying to me that she wants to cover up her actions.

The Gal and judge told me that I should pay for them, wait what was I thinking; I was that dumb to think that in a cook county court it was about justice and the truth. No, that was clear when Joyce lied under oath and judge told me that she did not care as she did not like me.

Wait, the judge allowed her personal feelings to affect how she ruled in a case, and Chief Judge Evans want to tell me that he has nothing to do with this. So, a judge can sit on the bench and have personal issues with women, men or people of color and allowed those feeling to play in their decision making and that is ok with him? I guess it is as he knows this to be true.

Let me be clear as a black man I know that the justice systems is not and was never made for me. I also know that just because it is someone that looks like me over that system does not say that it is going to treat me fail; as that person was put into that position by the same people that want to see me back in slavery. So, justice in 2019 is the same for black people as it was in 1819. We live in one of the most segregated cities and cook country is more racist as any of those southern towns in the backwoods of the south.

You can buy or bribe a gal, into a judge seat; and just about anything else as Cook County is pay to play type of town, and we want to say that it is not. I have to not only fight a racist; I have to fight a system that goes back to the start of the city.

It was best said “most aldermen, most politicians are hos," corrupt Chicago Ald. Arenda Troutman said, rather famously, on federal tape. Well, so are the judge and those working for CVLS!
