Now I see that you are flowing my blogs and I want this to be clear as I am a man and I get up and put on my pants one leg at a time. I have been on the earth for 50 years, and I have never backed down or let anyone push me or make me run with a tail between my legs. I do not use the washroom sitting down. 
It is a fact that you used Zion to hurt me and I give you credit for that as that is what racist do and have done since slavery.
You find that one buck you cannot break, and you go after his children and that is what you did. Now some have said that I need to keep it cool and not let you affect me, and you do not, I look at you, and I understand the type of man you are not. A real man does not hurt children or used them. And sir you are no man! 
Now when you live your life in glass houses, you do not toss rocks at others as they might toss bolder back at you.  It is a fact that on February 21st, 2018 I was in court on my motion to dismiss what was done as Joyce did not follow simple (735 ILCS 5/) Code of Civil Procedure. Now, GAL David Gotzh spent too much time drinking and speeded racking up tickets that he might have missed that in law school.
As a divorce lawyer, he plays by the rules of lie and if that does not work double down on that lie. He lied under oath, and I do not respect him as a man or lawyer. He needs to be disbarred in this state for what he has done in this case, and the simple fact that he loves to talk about it will make the case easy. I am going to make him my thesis as I have been collecting all that he has done in this case as I have each and everything he had done or said.
Those that know me, and I am talking about when I was called Riv me; also know that I am not a dumb man and when you hurt anyone I love, I take it personally. Now he did not read the case file, so he did not know whom he was going to bat for. After this week is over this case will be in the hands of the higher court, and I am ready to take it all the way up. I will not have anything to keep me from coming out with my book about his case.
I am going to say this, and you can take it to the bank; lawyers and Judges like these two are the reason we have so many young men of color killing. He lied to cover up what the judge did, and she lied to cover up what he did, and they both put their trust into someone that talks too much.  We have to hit these streets and take them back; as we have to start with getting these judges off the bench and getting these racist lawyers.
I take it all person as I will tell anyone I am a Black man before I am anything else and for me, it is my job to not only take a knee but keep it down until my brother can get up. I do not walk my life thinking about what I can do; I spend it doing. Now; my little man is in a gang banger school, and I must do what I can to keep him from bangers as that is whom she has around him.
When I see Zion on Facebook with the White Tee crossing them up; it makes me want to cry as that is not his life and was never to be his life.
 Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and GAL David Gotzh both need to be arrested for Child Abuse for what they did to this little black boy. So, tell me what Is the life of a Black Child Worth? Take one second to is all that I ask and sign these to get them both out of probate court.

I know that this is not going anywhere, I know nothing will be done to the judge by anyone, I know that the GAL will not have any fallout for what he did as there is not that push there from the black community. I have been to all the well knows black leaders and nothing, they only lead when it is a news camera behind them. And the black press is a ghost. Black radio does will talk about this as unless Zion killed someone or is killed; without this fact, his story will make the news.

I am not in my 30’s as I have been saying that I was going to go post outside of ABC with a poster about this and just did not do it. As a man that is a fighter for young Black boys, it rips my heart that there is no push to save them.

It is a fact that we only care about things that we have no control over. I know that I have done all that I can, I have been to that court so many dam times to sit in that courtroom to have Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan only to tell me to leave.

I have emailed and faxed the Chief Judge and others over 100 times. You cannot go into any one of their offices, and they cannot tell you they do not know this case.

All three-justice know this case, the governor knows about this case, as I have done all that I can, and it still seems that I did not do enough. All I needed was one, and I did not get it this time around. The last time I was able to get over one hour on WVON to talk about this case as it was a conservation brother that gave me airtime.

You can google search the judge and gal, and this issue will come up under their name, I have made It clear to Democrat leaders what I feel about this Judge as time is running out to get her off the bench. I feel that she does not and should have never been in probate court dealing with young minors of color as she let her hate for me get in the way. Last week she would not hear my motion, and her reason for it was not in line with the laws.

She and the GAL are saying now, well we know this was not done right. However, Joyce has had Zion for about four months and why take him from her now. WTF, you took him from us after 12 years to place him into a hell hole. Zion life is not going to be the same as he has gone from a life of love to one of hell, we have young men out here killing because of black folks like Chief Judge Evans. Yes, he knows about this judge and how and what she has done to that courtroom and he has done nothing about her.

I hope that you all understand what probate court for minors is; as most if not all of them are poor young black and brown children who come from homes where there are or is an issue, and the court has to take them away, some by force and some just give them up. Well, Zion was by force. In the past 11 years before this time, there were trials and each time the court ruled that it was not in his best interest to give him back. This Judge had a hearing, and we were NOT there, and she gave him back based on two people that lied (one admitted that she did) and Joyce saying she had a job for five months and an Apt for 2.

Now, let’s be clear for a court even to give your case daylight you must show that for one year you have had a placed to live and work history. Anyone that knows her also knows that in the last one year she has lived in 8 different apts.

Zion was going into 7th grade STEM, and the Judge and GAL both said that was not the right path for him as he might make something out of his life. On May 31st the Judge made a speech about what a great young man he was and she said that even with all that we have done to make him into that young man she was going to take him away from us. I joke not, the people in the courtroom were in tears, and GAL David Gotzh was smiling as he did what he set out to do, make one of those gangbangers that he talked about, like the one that shot up the Walmart out there where he lives. As Brother Malcolm talk about those chicken will come home.

This case makes me sick as I have sat in Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan courtroom and she talks about the rules of laws, and in this case, she tosses those rules out the window and let her hate for me take over.

A Cook County Judge said from the bench that she did not care if a person was telling lies under oath as she does not like me. And she still sits on that bench; what up with that Chief Justice Evans? You did not investigate that as it was a FACT; there were over eight cook county deputy in that courtroom that you can ask.

Ask why Black people do not trust the Justice System, cases like this one is why. Question how many other Judges sitting on the bench have done the same? Ask why there are so many men of color lock up? Due to judges like Kennedy-Sullivan and GAL David Gotzh; they lie and hide the facts to set them up, both have told lies in this case and done some underhand things for what? TO make Zion into a little natural born Killer.

They got it Right

I have been busy all day and only took a break to see the verdict online. I will say that many might not like the outcome; however, it was 100% correct. Many times, we do not understand the justice system as we are so used to hearing about how someone got life for something. Well, when a person gets a life, you need to know that they have a history that comes with that. 
You are not going to get life for a policeperson that kills someone while on duty, you are not going to get life for one that does it off (unless it is his/her spouse). I look at our justice system, and I know that it does work; the problem is that we are humans and we bring our personal feelings into cases. Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan is just like the man that is about to be placed on the highest court; she is someone that should not be there. 
Now, it is not that she does not know the law; or that she does not know or understand how to apply it as all the times I have been in her courtroom she talks about the laws and what needs and should be done for her to have judication over someone or a case. The problem is that she let the GAL goat her into thinking that I was a nigga that she could bully. 
I know that she looked at me and she did not see a man, she saw me some little black boy that she was going to gangster. She talks to me as I was nothing in her courtroom and she did not and did not give a care about Zion. She talks about how this is one case that keeps her up; well it should as what she did to him is child abuse. Let’s be clear; she did not wing Zion into Joyce life; she did not let him spend a day or hrs. Overnight. 
No, she took him from court without anything, he did not bring anything but the clothes on his back. All his stuff is sitting right her pack away. The food he loves to eat is still here in his room; his game is still here, his sports bag is still sitting in the same spot. I tell you that for us it is like he died, and we are stuck with just the memory of him. Now, Danny never stop Joyce from calling Zion, he had his phone and could call when he wanted. 
Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and GAL Davie Gotzh said NO! They did not want him to call or talk with anyone of us. The sister that he loved, the brothers that he wanted to grow up to be like. Now, I want to make this as clear as I can, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told me that she was going to do this. She told me that what life goals we have in place for Zion was not going to happen; she wanted him to be a little thug that goes out to kill and live off the back of the system. 
I sat in her courtroom the last time, and all she talks about was how people can get link, free this and free that, as she is from the school that if give people things you keep them weak and always coming to you for help. She jokes and made fun about the fact that we were paying for our lawyer, to her she did not see us as people. 
I do know what is going to happen next week and I do not know if next week Zion will be on the yard with us playing with his brothers at Thee I Love; as the laws say that it should. However, as Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said to me, she is the law, and she can do what she wants. She feels that the people do not have any say in what she does as she is a GOD. 
We need to vote; we need to vote those judges out of office that has this god complex, we have to take our courts back. The jury today did that, they did not let the policeman get off just because he was a cop. And we should not let this Judge and GAL get off; we have power in numbers, and I posted the info that you need to call, write and get out to VOTE NO to all the judges running. I have to hit these streets.

VOTE NO Campaign

I have to say that I have NO respect for Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and I can tell you that it is and will be my life goal to have her removed from probate court; or and to have Judge Evan removed as the Chief Judge. I sat in the courtroom, and she talks about how she is big on getting counseling, and she did not order such for Zion. 
As a judge, she wrote this as she when she was running for the higher court “Our legal system is based on the principle that an independent, fair and competent judiciary will interpret and apply the laws that govern us. The role of the judiciary is central to American concepts of justice and the rule of law. Intrinsic to all provisions of this code are precepts that judges, individually and collectively, must respect and honor the judicial office as a public trust and strive to enhance and maintain confidence in our legal system. The judge is an arbiter of facts and law for the resolution of disputes and a highly visible symbol of government under the rule of law.”
Now, as a Judge she locks me up, she took Zion without having any legal reason to do such, she tosses the laws of this state right out the window and let her personal dislike for me to take over. It is a fact that I had no choice but to reporter her and the Federal case that I file on her will also be filed on the state level as I feel that she broke the law. I have also asked that the federal government steps in. 
I do not care what a person does when their actions do not cause harm to young children of color. Zion was helpless, he only had Danelle and me to fight for her, and I was ready to go to jail to keep him safe. Do not get that wrong, her locking me up in jail did not hurt me as I was ready to go to jail for my son. I told you all that she was going to send me to jail as that was the only power she had at that point. Now, she has no power over me; she cannot take my life, and I am a man that will fight for my son. 
I am distraught that it was and is a man of color that is sitting as Chief judge and he is more worried about protection her and keeping his position, that he has put the lives of young black children on the line. We say that Some do not care about Black people; well I can say that Chief Judge Evans does not care about Black People. He is self-serving, as he had the power to step into this case and put a stop to this madness. 
I see these young men doing nothing with the life that they have, and it kills my soul as a black man that loves my blackness. I hate to see all these young men helpless and hopeless as they have nothing to live for. You all were told that these young men were going to come out into these streets and kill. We have to look into the mirror and ask how did we cause this?
I say, and I am going to push the VOTE NO campaign, I want you all to Vote No for each Judge that is running for re-election. If they are that good, they will get the yes votes they need, and if they are not, they do not need to be sitting in the job. If you do anything, you need to vote and vote no, I do not vote yes for anyone that I personally do not know. Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan is not up for re-election, and I could not get enough of you to sign this ( https://petitions.moveon.org/si…/recall-judge-susan-kennedy…) to get her off. 
So, you investigate the person in the mirror, and you can know that you are liable for her, I asked this question; do you hold the people that knew the judge, police and public person was dirty or do you give them a pass? I say that each lawyer that knows what Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan is doing in probate is just as guilty as she is, and you do not need to be a lawyer. 
You all took an oath, and each one of you is not living up to it. If you love the money that much, get out of the probate court for minors and go to the divorce court. Read this poem, and you tell me are you the caption of your soul?

Today I was in court for over 2 hours before Judge Susan Kenney-Sullivan on my motion to compel (and motion to change Judges), as Joyce has not returned any of my discovery requests, and I receive what the GAL did; however, he only answered my question and not Danielle C. Purnell-Hopkins request (we had different discovered requested). Anyway, the Judge once more left me in shock as she would not hear my motion or set it for a hearing before the tail next week.

Judge Susan Kenney-Sullivan told me that I did not have the standing to bring anything before her as the mom has the child back. A fact we are set for hearing next week to discharge what the judge did and for her to say that I do have standing is as I have to say mind-blowing. The judge told me that we could address my motion to compel at the hearing; let me see we are having a trial and before that, we address the fact that discovery was not turned over?

I keep asking myself it has to me, I have to be the one that does not know the laws. As Judge Susan Kenney-Sullivan is a judge and she must know that the laws are. Or does she?  I am so tired of this, and what it is going to cost me, I do not have; but I have to pay it. Our justice system is and needs to get an F as it has and is failing. I see all these people running for office, and I do not hear them talking about anything they are going to do. I hear a bunch of them saying that they want to do, no tell me what you are going to do; that way I can hold you to it.

We have Judges who should not be there and Judge Susan Kennedy- Sullivan is one.  So I want you all to write, fax and call the Chief Judge Evans and ask him to let Big Z go free. I wish you all would write, call or email CVLS and ask them why a person who calls black boys gangbanger is a GAL over black boys? We are only going to end this system of destroying the young man of color when we stand up and say enough is enough. 

VOTE NO TO ALL THE JUDGES RUNNING/. Put them all out of the office until they understand they work for us, not the other way around.

Less than a week to go and none of our discover request has been turned over. Why? Well, the GAL said it is not time to answer anything we ask, and Joyce is unable even to know how to give the same story. I am just in shock; it is just a slap in my face that I can never forget that racism is still here, and I will debate this with anyone the racisms in Chicago is far worse here than in the south. 
I have to go before Judge Kennedy-Sullivan and request an order for something that I am not going to get. I might not even get to speak with her as she has not let me come before the court that last four times and she talks about how she is not biased. What these two did to Zion is a crime, and it does not shock me; however, I feel that it does call for a federal investigation.
I am sorry I do not trust the Ag office here to do it right, and that is one reason I am voting for her as AG. I do not want someone in that office that has ties to cook county or anyone in Chicago; as there needs to be someone that is not beholding to Democrats that run the city. I have been collecting everything to turn it over once this case is over. I am ready to do my brief for the higher court, and I have already put myself into the mindset this case is going there.
To proves the facts in this case are and will be easy; however, they are going to come with yes nothing was done right in this case and Joyce should have never got Zion. But since she has had him for three months lets just see how that work. We had him for 12 years and on target to do and be the best, and like a slave master David Gotzh and Judge, Kennedy-Sullivan said NO. We cannot have this little black boy doing what he does.
This is not a joke, as I talk about what has been said to me in this case and I wish I had been like many around the President and taped them. The Judge had the court people take my phone and check it one day as she wanted to make sure I was not recording her, that how far she has gone.
The GAL and Joyce both have lied under oath, and that is the normal as it seems; this makes me question our justice system.
How many judges in cook county know that people are telling lies and say that it is ok as they do not like the person. How many men of color are in jail due to police, lawyers, witnesses telling lies and the judges saying it is ok as they do not like and trust the person?

Worthless to American!

I can say that emotionally, mentally, and physically I am so Dam Tired. I am sick of clear folks trying to control Black Folks.  I am so sick of other Black folks not trying to help each other. I ask this with the most respect as I know that your love for 44 is deeper than the sea. However, tell me one thing that we (African-American) got in his eight years in office that we have not got from 45 times in?
Profound question if you let your mind think and stop thinking small. Yes, it gave some self-pride, but it did not make black men pull up their dam paints or sister stop going weave wild. It did not cause an increase in young black children going to school.  If you want to talk real facts; "A different world" did that. So, I know you are going to only talk about the good it made you feel inside; I want to know what it did on paper.
Now, this is something that you cannot answer as I get the same healthcare; and I am sorry that is not going to work for me. I am up getting ready to go and sit in a courtroom to beg a clear judge to give me a hearing on a motion to make others turn over discovery. I want to be so clear about this; I do not care what you think you know about me or this case; the bottom line is that service was never mailed out. We did not get anything as Joyce did not mail anything out; I only found out by looking online for something else.
The bottom line is also that Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told me that she did not feel that it better for Zion if he adopted by us, she said that she did not feel that it was best for him to go to JSU or any school. The GAL is a racist and he did not like the fact that I stood up to him and would not let him talk to me like I was a boy. These are real Facts that are in this case, and it is a fact that I have paid over $1000 just to speak with lawyers for them to tell me what I already know.
They all told me that this case was done wrong, they all tell me that the laws were not followed, and they all tell me that as long as the GAL keep fighting me this case is not going to be fixed until the higher court rules as the judge is going just to do what the GAL tells her to do.
So, I have to get on the train and ride into the city to make sure that record shows that I did what I was supposed to do. I filed the right motions, and the judge did nothing on them; I have been before her eight times, and she would not hear my case; twice she asked me to leave the courtroom.
And her boss, the man that runs the courts and judges is a black man who knows what she is doing and all he can tell me is nothing!  So yes, I am tired as I cannot get any help as this is something to be truthful about no one cares about. I am talking about a little black boy, and I do not live under a house; I know his life is worthless to American!
