Anyone But Them!

I was reading someone post about the killings in the Chi and for that the killing in America. We are not going to stop the killing until we stop the mindset that makes these killers. We have days that we celebrate the killing of many around the world in the name of war. We have young people are here that are well-made killers, that we made. 
We want to pretend like we do not know the score, we have a group of young people who have nothing to live for as they do not see themselves going to the movies next week or making trips plans for next summer. They see this weekend, they see today; for many, they do not see the next hour. So for them, they do not see you as a person, you are just a blip in time for them. 
We need to look at what we can do to reach the ones that are coming up after them; as sorry to say the hope for those that are out in these streets are not that good. I did not look or wish for this fight that I am in with that Judge and GAL> When that racist did what he did I let it slide and was going to give him a pass on it. It was not until he did the next BS that I check him on it as you slip me with your race card and I give you a pass, you think that I am weak, and you can just lynch me from a tree, and I am not going to fight back. 
Now, the Judge she just let him pull her down, he did not have anything to lose, but she does. She was the one elected by the people; she is the one that for the rest of her life she is not going to forget me. I made my word bond that if I cannot get her removed from the bench, I will show up where ever she goes out and see reelection, I am going to go after any Democrat that backs hers as she needs to be removed from Probate court. Do not make more killers on my watch; she can take that back to the traffic court. You do not sit in probate court with the named wildcard destroying the next great minds on my watch, I am sorry. 
Now, yes, I fight along as no one wants to fight with me as they do not want to get dirty. They know she is plug and they are scared to get dirty, well I was born dirty as I am a black man born into a world that does not respect me and also fears me just for being a black man. We only care about the killings when it comes to our door, as long as it is them killing each other we do not talk about it or worry about it. Well, the problem with that is that they get tired of taking shots at each other and they cross pass the race line into your blocks. 
And I dare one person of color who is in an office in cook county to say that they do not know about her or this case; I made it my job, and duty to reach out to each one of them. The President of the Democrat party in Cook County, who If you do not have their blessing you can hang up being elected dog catcher knows about this. Yes, Madam President you know. My county person, State Rep and Senator all know and have said nothing to me, that is why I do not vote for them, I write in anyone but them. 
It is comfortable to sit on your hand while weekend after weekend young people are being killed like dogs, no scratch that if they were killing dogs like these folks would be in the street asking for heads to roll. However, since they are just black, and brown being killed it is just another day in the CHI. It is 5 pm, and the sun has come out, and it is hot out, and before this weekend over 30 people will be shot. We do not keep a court of those that die after the fact; or a court of those that will never walk or talk or eat. 
I know we do not keep a court of those that die and cannot even pay for the dirty to go over them. Did you all know that the state pays for them to be taking care of, I bet many of you did not know that. 

So, win or lose we as a people are paying one way or another. As # Judge Kennedy-Sullivan and #, Gal David Gotzh is making killers in the Chi.

SOCIAL MEDIA MOM.

Just came home and as I  got some bad news. I keep saying in my mind over and over what is going on in my life today will not be that important or hurt the same as a year from now. I was taking with the people about my complaints on Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and GAL David Gotzh and I can without a doubt all the problem in my life today are due to them and only them. You see Joyce is very simple minded person and she is going to do whatever she needs to do so that she can live another day, she is like a roach. 

Now, when I say that she will sell Zion if it was to benefit her, I do not bite my lip, she pimps him out if it was to keep food in her mouth and a roof over her head. Sorry, that is the truth. When anyone tells me that she is family, I tell them right away; no, she is not. She was never my family and will never be my family. She knows just who she is and what she is, and she might be able to fool clear people, but when I talk about how my brother paid her for sex as she was working the track, that is a fact.

I do not need to sugar coat what and who she is and what she does. So, when I got the call about all the men she has around Zion and how she is leaving him with people, once more I am not shocked as that is what she does. Joyce left Zion at one month in a crack house, and the dope man called my uncle (as he was a great customer) to come and get his baby that his granddaughter had left. When he was born, it was with drugs inside of him. One time she took him to jump on some girls; so, when anyone wants to tell me about what she is doing, I am not shocked. 

So, when anyone wants to say to me that Zion might be ok. Or that he is what his mom; I will tell them to hell he is, she is not his mom, and he does not call her Mom. He calls her Mai as to them that is what she is. He called his real mom and said “mom let me tell you what Mai was doing, mom she does not feed, me; mom this and that. During these calls, Joyce is right there saying what she has to say as he is not five anyone and she not beat him to stop calling Danelle mom.  

She is a mom, give me a break, tell her to show you his first tooth that came in. Tell her to show you the first one he lost. Tell her to show you are asking about anything in his life that she did not read or get off social media. She cannot tell you about his schooling or what he wants out of life. She cannot tell you why he does not eat meat or who was the first girl he likes. She cannot talk to you about how he does his baseball dance before he hits the ball or what he takes to each game for good luck. This person cannot tell you much as she is a SOCIAL MEDIA MOM. 

 She got these young men buying her stuff as to them it is nice to have an old woman, how has a house and get food stamps. So, they will go by her things. Joyce brag about taking Zion to get some pizza, and he told him Mom; she did not pay for it; some guy gave it to her for Free; as she gets a lot of stuff form guys. Yes, she does, and she gives them something for what they do for her. The GAL said that I had not given him any proof that she sells sex; well when he asks her she said she did; so, what in heck proof does he want from me? He wants me to bring one of her johns into court? Well, I Could have done that. However, he told her to watch out as I hire a PI. 

Now, as the GAL it was and his job to investigate, but he was so busy looking at me. This Nut told the Judge I was put out of my house in 2017 and as I have said many times I do not have to lie about anything, and that bank lawyer could have told him I was not put out. However, that is what is done so many times to black men, when you want to take the focus off what you are doing you makeup and paint them in a bad light. The GAL has bones falling out of his closest and wanted to go there with me. 

I have to deal with some personal issue, and it has me feeling very bad right about now as I should not be dealing with this BS and Zion, He should be in school talking about what he is learning and doing in the STEM and how he loves to be taking a class at the local High School. However, he is not, he is living in a HELL. 

I do not care that our lawyer wanted off this case as I told her, and I will tell anyone, I have one job and that is to protect all my children, and this case has taken me from doing that. We have court next week, and I am still waiting for the word from about a new lawyer. I have done the paperwork in time for that last order the Judge did on me, I am doing the paperwork over the weekend to get that BS OP to drop and as I said one year from now none of this will be essential or hurt as much as it does now. 

Follow the LAWS

Just one of those days, I have been all over this city passing out flyers and hitting the payment as I know what needs to be done, and I keep saying it is not the crime that gets you it is always the lie about the crime. 
I was listening to the Judge talk in the case for the young woman that was killed, and he talks about how in Cook County we tend to get it right when it comes to the law; well I would have to laugh at that one. 
Or should I say that in Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan with GAL lawyer David Gotzh that is not the case? Well, I did my paperwork to vacate what the Judge did on July 25th as she as not and did not understand the laws when she told me that I could not file a motion to vacate what she did, and my wife could do her own. The GAL was trying to toss some BS to the fan, and he got the Judge caught up trying to understand the laws. It is a dam shame that the head Judge or someone with some season under them will not step in and hear this case. 
For that reason, I have gone Race, in this case, I was told that I needed an old-school Jewish lawyer (wow I need a Jewish lawyer to fight a Nazi lawyer) to come into court as he would be able to sit all parties down and give them civil code 101. The funny part is that the GAL said to me back in February when he kept asking me what my purge and I was trying to think why would he used that in this case; well he said to me that he did not have time to give me a law class. Well, I must find someone that will give him one. 
This week I got yet another motion that he did and when he talks about all that I have filed in this case. He has done 20 + motion to try and stop me. So, Sir, I must be doing something well, and if I had a judge that knew the laws or did not hate me, I would be wiping the floor with you. But he is White, and I am just as the judge said some Dumb N-Word, and for that reason, I must fight harder, I have to work harder I have to do all my paperwork ten times better. Joyce can just put her name on a motion, and the Judge will grant it. 
I can cite case laws on one, and to this date, Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan will only tell me to get out. How can a Cook County Judge tell someone to get out of her courtroom and not hear their emergency motion?
How can A Cook County Judge tell someone that she does not trust them, and she does not care if the other party is telling a lie? This Judge has stood on the bench and told my wife and me that we have money, so she is going to make us pay for everything. I am not dumb; I know they were trying to pad our lawyer's bill by doing all those dumb motions and sending all those emails. I wish, no I pray the Feds or the State attorney steps in as I have reached out to them all. I reach out to the IRS on the GAL as he has been saying that he mailed out stuff and did not and I know he has written off work expensive that he did not do. 
I am not a punk, and I told him that; I am that dam King Bee that you should have never stuck that stick in my beehive and did what you did to my Queen Bee and my SON! Now I am coming for you, and I am not going to stop. I know so much about this man that I have said I could write my thesis on him and the Judge. I keep saying to follow the money, and I hope the 20 letters that I have sent the President of the United States, one gets to him. I am that dad, anyone that knows my record can tell you I am the one that you come for any one of my children or their mom I am coming for you. I am the only one on this earth that can make any one of them cry. 
Some want to tell me to sit down and just do nothing, I have been told to say nothing and do nothing, and I am sorry that is not who I am. I have never been that type of man. I am a dad, first and foremost and you took our son and turned him over to a Gang Member, and you think I am going just to sit back and do nothing. 
GAL and Judge, I told you both, that you all will have to Kill me to make me shut up! I ask them to give me my son back! Give me back the year you have taking from my family as I am coming for you. All they had to do was as the Judge said today follow the LAWS. (FYI I am not dumb, I know what post are Public and which ones are not!)

She Got Juice!

There are Judges that sit on the Bench know the laws, and they run their courtroom by the book. Justice is not fair when personal feelings step into the picture. We want to look at how do police get off for killing someone; easy they are overcharges, and I do not need to go to law school for three years to know that you are not going to get the first degree on a police person, not going to happen.
Well, today at court Joyce did one of her Judge Judy things and filed this Bull crap. She did the same BS that she did with the Probate Judge the only difference is she did not know that the case was before a REAL Judge. The same one that told her before do not come into his court with that carp she is doing. He is the type of Justice that all need to be as love or not, he is going to look at the case and rule on it as the laws tell him to.
Joyce motion was not done correctly and the told her he was not going to hear it then END. She asks for something, and he told her no.  She asked for a tail today, and that was not about to happen, but he gave her one for Monday as it is about being fair. I was talking to some lawyers about what is going on in the city, and they ask me how come I did not request a new Judge and I told them that I did and right away they told me what we all know Judge Susan Kennedy Sullivan has some Juice. She got it from her husband as he was a long time Judge who was a Republic and she only switches to get on the bench in Cook County.
He is an old School White guy, so Joyce coming to court where her chest out does nothing for him, the tears she cries and putting on the baby voice does not move him. He looks at the laws and comes down on that; as he should. I did not have to talk about (735 ILCS 5/2-603) or (735 ILCS 5/2-605) as he looks at what she did and gave it back to her and kept it moving.
It makes me feel so bad that Justice is not Justice, but many times Just US.
I do not know who or how this Judge is so plug and as I said I do not know what she has on those powers that be.  What I do know is that the life of a black child is not essential to them as he is nothing but collateral damage to them. As what is the life of one Black Child Worth in the halls of Cook County; Nothing! I have to get myself back up and out as I have to get busy or die trying as they are not just going to give me my son back because I ask nicely.

ask WHY?

Fact anyone that had been in a court in this state knows that 735 ILCS 5/1-101 is the law when it comes to anything in civil court as it outlines what you MUST do to bring a case before a judge. Now (735 ILCS 5/2-201) (from Ch. 110, par. 2-201)

    Sec. 2-201. Commencement of actions - Forms of process.

(a)    Every action, unless otherwise expressly provided by statute, shall be commenced by the filing of a complaint. The clerk shall issue summons upon request of the plaintiff. The form and substance of the summons, and of all other process, and the issuance of alias process, and the service of copies of pleadings shall be according to rules.

This is once more the LAW, you cannot just go to court and say that I want to sue someone, or I want an action to take place and not get or give them notice and Joyce did not do this. When I asked a Cook County Judge who has four years on the bench and has been a lawyer for about ten how can this happen, how can she let this happen, and she told me SHE IS THE JUDGE.

The GAL and CVLS told me that they do not care. They have filed over 20 motion asking the court to strike every motion I have done to bring this case to an end. They told me that it is better for a 12-year-old boy to live in a home with drugs and knows members of the GD gang members. They have posted our son on Social Medal with gang members in those Wife Beaters, and them so-called democrat in Cook County want to talk about crime in the city it is this same crime that keeps them in office.

Ask how much of your tax money goes to fund CVLS; as the Judges in Cook County work and get paid by the State of Illinois, I bet many do not know that. They are State workers and are under the rules of the State of ILL. The fact that Governors knows about his and his letter to me is that his hands are tied. Sorry, these are FACTS.  So, I ask what the difference in who sits in the Governor seats is? The downstate folks are paying to support this madness.

I have let lawyers from MS, Tenn. and right here look at the paperwork, and they all say the same thing that is Cook County Illinois. I talk about how my soul is cold and my heart is not there as I am numb to the news about some child being shot or killed; or someone taking a life or having their life taken in this city as I know that root behind this is a system that is corrupt and pays to play is alive. Riddle me this, how does a Judge who gets voted no for experience get to seat in Probate court. Now, let me tell you that is one of the best jobs as you go from the basement up to the penthouse in the Dailey center. 

I have asked that the President send in the FEDS and look for the money as there something that stinks here. It is midnight and Joyce is working, and Zion is with one of her guys, or he is home alone, and the GAL told us that is better for him. This man said that he does not want us to talk to Zion because he might tell us what is going on where he lives, or he might tell us about the fact that he is not being fed. I cannot make this up, this is a social site and trust me if I posted one thing on here that was a lie they would have me in court so fast.

This case is on for the books; a person can go to court and sue you and not give you service, have a hearing on the case and win and you start getting money taking out of your check. The fact that is what happens in this case. I found out about this case by looking online at that case for something else, and I notice that the case was up for hearing. I asked the judge for a copy of what was filed in this case, and she told me “to look it up.” The GAL has crossed the lines of what he was to do, and once more I talk to the Judge about it, and she told me “I am the Judge.”

Yes, she is, and that is why she needs to be voted off the bench, and GAL David Gotzh needs to have his law license taking away. It has been hard to get this done as most people do not care about this until one of these tosses away children have pointed a gun in your face or has taken the life of someone you love and at that point you want to ask WHY?

Collateral Damage

Collateral damage is a general term for deaths, injuries, or other damage inflicted on an unintended target. In American military terminology, it is used for the incidental killing or wounding of non-combatants or damage to non-combatant property during an attack on a legitimate military target In US military terminology, the unintentional destruction of allied or neutral targets is called friendly fire. In the City of Chicago and most major city that is what they also call those people killed when they killed when they are with someone that has a price on their head. 
If a known gang member is walking down the street and he/she has a hit on them and you take them out and you also take out 5 or 6 other people with them that is collateral damage. If you hang, party or kick It with folks that you know are gang members and you get killed is that collateral damage? As you see we (American) have a practice of blowing up town, houses and anything we can to get one person and sometimes they are with women and children; so that makes them Collateral Damage. 
You see that is what the GAL and Judge said to me about Zion, he is Collateral Damage as they wanted to take me out. So, if he got in the way to bad. They also said that about the fact that Joyce lives and dates a lot of gang members as she is one herself. Fact, once you are a banger you are always a banger, that life is your life. They say Blood in Blood out; not come and join for the summer and go back to your life in the fall. 
However, Clear folks do not know about this, as they know you are Mob to the day you die; or to the day you have a hit on you. So, when Zion was 2 months and Joyce and some other woman GD’s jump a girl and she took Zion that was it. We got him right after that, and that is why it was a court order in place that she could not post any pictures of him on her social medal page. However, the Judge and GAL and CVLS were too dam stuck on me that they never look at anything in this case. They did not know about this. 
They did not know how Joyce had some Folks down on the low end thinking he was Zion dad and this fool was giving her money and it was his grandma that said that Zion is not his child as they had a DNA done on Zion and we did not know about this until we found out that he wanted to kill her. Once more had they read the case they would have known about this. You see Joyce came to see the GAL and had her chest all out and he was like Master and all he saw was a Black woman. 
I can talk about the fact that one of the guys that she is seeing right now is a known high-rank member of a Chicago Street gang and the GAL was to do a background on all the men Joyce is sleeping with and once more his hate for me blind that. This man has filed a running number of 20 motions to stop me in some way, he has field 0 on Joyce, he knows for 100 % fact that she did not file the paperwork to get Zion back and he bury this, he knows 100% fact that she lied under oath and he buries that by saying I am a bad person and that is why she lied. 
The Judge; yes, the person that you all voted to uphold the laws Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan told me with a courtroom of Cook County police that she did not care that Joyce was telling a lie, she did not care about anything as she does not like me, or trust me as I think I am so Smart. Now, these are FACTS. The GAL who is a lawyer in the State of Ill put his hand up in the air, to tell the truth, and stood that and Told A lie, oh my bag he said that he could not recall anything, this man could not recall if he calls or text Joyce over 100 times in this case. WHY on this earth would a GAL text or call the birth mother 100 times and at 1 am?
Now, this case as I was told is MUCK up in so many ways; the lawyer that we hire want off due to the fact that they know it is a bombshell into the dirty games that are played in Cook County Courts; where deals are made and sold. They told me Mahdee stop talking about this; they told me that she is going to lock you up, or worse you will never see Zion. Well, Zion is 12 and in 2 years he will be 14 and at that point, he will know what was done to him and I will help him sue those people that destroyed his life. 
I told that GAL to leave me be, I told him that I do not care if he hates black people, do not let his feelings touch my son and he told me that he and I were going to deal with this MAN TO MAN; well Sir I am still waiting on that Man to show up. We see night after night how this person is killed in the city and we need to stop putting the shooters on trial and put the system on, as the Face of all these killing is these TWO!

In these Streets.

These so-called members of the family need to understand that if anything was to happen to big Z, they are responsible as the Judge and GAL that gave him to her. Now, Joyce got him because she lied.  She did not let us know legal about the case. We are over $12k in legal fees for only one reason Me! I ask the question, and I pissed off some White folks about how they destroy young black boys.
Now yes there are also some family members that lied for her. They had taken shot of my Facebook page and gave them to her as they love to see BS. I do not hide from anything I post on this site, and I do not deal with a lot of my family due to how they are. When my family first came to us about him, I said no, it was Danny that said yes.  He had not even come into this world yet, and Joyce was trying to get rid of him (Joyce wanted us to give her the money to bring him to an end).
Now all things in life happen for a reason. So 12 years after he was giving to us, he is now living in hell.  He has more men coming in and out of his life.  He is now seeing her who for what she is.  I told her that if she does this to him he will hate her and the white folks put a six months OP on me for saying that.
This family knows that I am a black man that will give my life for all 4 of my children, so I had to go. This case is not about him or her it is about the fact they cannot stand me the Judge said that from the Bench when she was in court telling more of her lies.
We have a trial on September 12 and 13 to get him back, and it comes down to did we get any legal notice that she was trying to get him back and that is a NO, and they all know this. But some of you want to play nice and say that she is a mom, just because you have a baby does not make a mom or dad, love does.
What Joyce is doing to Big Z is going to hurt him for life.  We talk about these young men in the city killing or being killed; tell me what life does he have with her? We Make Killer, and I can think of some folks in this family that help White folks make one.
Joyce has the mindset of a child (she is telling you all her mom is in a home, she has been lock away and will never see the daylight due to mental issues).  Joyce is still out in these streets.  She is the same woman that was begging you to live with her last year.
Now that she has Z, what that is going to change? There are a lot of homeless women out here with children, and she will sell him to the highest men if it helps her. Now, she is going to get a crazy pass due to her mental issue. I am sorry you are not, and I am going to make sure YOU never forget (and you know who YOU ARE).
What I post are FACTS. I am in State court, federal court and I have reached out to everyone from the local mayor, on up to the White House, asking them all What is the Life of a Black Child Worth? Yesterday was Big Z born day, and Joyce did to let anyone from the family talk to him, she did not let us give him anything as we did not get her anything. I keep saying that she is making a killer.
She has posted him on these site in Gang Tee with known gang members, and we always ask the question of how young black boys and girls gets killed, easy they are with known gang members. In the news, they have a court case going on about the young woman that was killed in a park in the city. She was killed due to the fact that the bullet for someone else made it her way, as bullets do not know names.
So, to Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and GAL David Gotzh and CVLS; is this the life that you told me back in February that you wanted for him, is this the life that you told me was better than going to college? As I said, you all need to be the face of all the killings going on in the City of Chicago as you all are a system that makes this killer!

That is why my heart is cold when I hear about these cases on the News as you go home, and you live with a killer, and you are shocked when they are killed, or someone around them gets killed. We drop bombs on homes overseas of so-called know terrorist, and we kill all those in the home or near the home. Well, these gang member on the street do the same thing, they kill all those that know or are near; as they have been taught by the best killers.
