Raciest are Dumb

Looking at BBC news and it makes me think about how in life I can go anywhere in this world and I am going to be look at as a Black man first and an American next. Why I cannot just be a man whom from American? Well, very easy as the first thing we see is race and sex is 2nd. Now, in Cuba, I am a man first and next an American. They have not been condition to see race in the same way we are. 

My friend from Cuba keeps asking me why the courts in American would take my son from me. As they know that I have been taking care of Zion all his life. We are the ones that paid over $600 a week to send him to the best day care and pre-school. David Gotzh talks so much about me that I was thinking that he was gay and just had a thing for a black man.

Many might not like it, but I am a real man, I do not say what I do not mean and when I say that I am going to do something, I keep my word as a man should. I take care of my children all of them. I talk to them about life, I am the one that they can call or look for when times are hard. 

So when David talks about how are house was in foreclose, he speaks about something that I have talked about on Facebook (now I did not talk about his tax issues he has in Lake County Ind)  I talk about how I offer to buy the house at market value and no more and the bank wanted the $240k for it and that was a joke to me. I talk about how I made them pay me to give the house back to them. I talk about how they were going through the foreclose without having service.

So for David Gotzh, CVLS and Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan this was more important to them than the fact that Joyce was still selling sex for money, she had been put out of 5 apt in less than a year, she was getting high and bringing all type of men around Zion. As to all them, she was going what masters want for all little black and brown babies.

I am sorry that I am not weak man, I am sorry that I, not a yes man and I am sorry that for me I would give my life for anyone of mines before I let anyone hurt them. I am sorry but I am not your NEGRO. David calls his self a lawyer, he calls himself a man and I say that he is weak in both.

I said as what was said about him from day one, he is a lazy lawyer and he should work for the public defender’s office as all he does is look for the easy way where he does not have to work. I have read his appellate Brief and he talks about how he is an appellate lawyer. That a Joke; he wrote 31 pages where all he did was talk about me. Once more I ask the question is his gay?

I never had a man that was so in love with me, I have never had a man that spent so much time on me in a case, that he lost sight of his job. I know that racist are dumb, as let’s face it, they think that they are better; why I do not have a clue. I come from the master builder, I can build a house and do almost anything in one, and I have never gone to school for such.

It is not much that I cannot do as I am not only an Alpha man, I am a real man. I have to say that when I made the choice to take CVLS and David to court it was done with the understanding that they were going to come for me. Well, I am ready for them. Sorry CVLS, I am not going anywhere, and I am not about to back down. You want a fight, well you better get a bigger dog, as I am a wolf.

I am not going to stop; I told them I am ready to take this case all the way up to the highest court in the land. I am not going to stop until I get that judge off the bench. I am 0 respect for CVLS, your all knew that this judge was a wildcard and your lawyer was too weak to stand up to her. You let her destroy black and brown babies because to you their life was not worth that much. I am sorry for me this is personal.

I am not going to back down. I change my name during a time where it was hard in the US for Muslims, I did this after I was asked by many in my family not to do it. Why? They said to me it was going to hard on me as a black man, and I said life is hard and you die. Well, I am a man that will die on my feet as I will take my own life before I let another man bend me over and buck me.

Like I said, I am a man and if you look at me, you better know that you are looking at a Real man, you come for me you better be ready for a fight of your life. I want to make sure that David never hurts another black child, I want to make sure that in 2020 everyone knows the name of Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and Vote no when you see her name on the ballot. 

Why Does A Lawyer run from service?

I had one of those seconds where I just needed to vent and did not have a soul to do it with; so, I just got up on my mother roof and cleared out her gutters as they were full of leaves and stuff and water. I was able to go up there and look down and think about how life is just like that over. I am so dammed mad as today at court was and is why. I do not have a problem with having to follow the laws to get service; I have no problem as I know what to do. The problem that I have is the fact that CVLS allows this racist SOB to stay on this case. They gave him GAL of the month for the none work he did; they said that it was in the best for Zion to move into the 78th hood. They said it was ok for Joyce to leave him with the pimp of the week or alone four days out of the week from 5 pm to 7 am.

All those things were ok as they had to stop the Negro! I was the Negro that they were going to Lynch. Yes, they did a judicial lynching on the wrong Negro. I am the Harriet Tubman, Nat Turner Negro, as I am going to fight back, I am going to take some with me.

Why Does A Lawyer run from service? I did my service for him with the Cook County Clerk office as he lives in InD. Well, legal that is not how you do it, and I did not know it was going to be an issue. MAN, UP and Come to Court.

So Now I have to get service on him the right way. I told the Lawyer for them to tell David that he was giving notice when he read about the case online. After all, that is what he said about Danny and me when he took Zion.

It is no way in Hell we would have lost, had they just done it the correct way, Had they made Joyce get service; had they transfers the case into the adoption case.. All these dams IF. That is why I have Respect for the Law. However, I do not have respect for a LOT of Lawyer, Judges, and Police folks.

You do not use the law in a racist way, you do not let race come before anything else, and you do not use a Little Black boy to hurt a man.. I can fight my own fight as I am a Man. It kills my soul and me that I could not fight to save Zion. I am never going to give up.

Hey David, you said that I was served by reading about the case online. You said that Danielle was served by the fact that she and I are married. Yes, A person who works as a lawyer for CVLS said this and wrote this in an Appellate Brief. As such I post this on Facebook and all other social sites; as such you have been served under your rules.

MUHAMMAD MAHDEE V. CVLS

THIS CAUSE IS SET ON THE STATUS CALL, FOR THURSDAY, THE

11TH DAY OF JULY 2019, AT 9:00 A.M., IN ROOM 0209.

I have been looking at the time, and it makes me think how time does not wait for anyone. I wish that I could get half of you to care; It kills me that I cannot get anyone to understand this case. As this case is one that is for the books. CVLS is trying to say that Joyce did not need to get service in this case

They are trying to say that since Danny and I are married and I knew about the case that is served on her. Now let me be as clear as I can… You know about a case and do not get service on it; the other party goes to court, and the Judge does not require them to get service.

Now you lose the case as you were not that; so you come back and file a motion to dismiss. Now all judges will vacate the order. However, in this case, CVLS said to the Judge, No; she should not vacate the order. She should let it stand. Why? Because Mahdee is a black man.

So here comes the race card. David tells me to not show up on Nigga Time, and I tell CVLS that he is a racist and he has this personal problem with me. So do they remove him from the case; No they do not. They tell him to keep it going and he has done a good Job..

Now, I know that this is not an issue that any of black media or those so-called black folks in power care about (as I have reached out to each and all the so-called black news and officeholders in this state); as it is only about the life of a little black boy.

Why is it about his life; well let see, you want to be in shock when the government takes a child at the border, but many say nothing when a Cook County Judge does the same in a courtroom Who is Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan?

Well, she is the judge that ruled that the baby born from the woman and guy that killed her mom should keep that baby and let that baby grow up in prison. Why? OH, that right lack of service. Yes, that is 100% correct; she said that there was no service in the case; as such, she did not have jurisdiction to do anything.

However, in Zion case, she said, “service was done to her because we were in the adoption court trying to adopt Zion. I joke not. She also said that she does not think that we should adopt Zion as that would cause him to make something out of his life. And I was asked why did I go to the Judicial Board on her.

I do not know what they did to her; what I do know is that she was removed from that courtroom she was in, I do know that the courtroom she is in now each and all cases are recorded; as she does not like that. I ask her to have the hearing record for the record and her and David both said NO.’ Why? Let me think why would the Judge and the GAL not want their action recorded; Well let just say that this is why?

These are the word for words of the Judge and David this case, and you want to read all the transcript just let me know. In one year, Joyce did not file anything; what she attempted to file the lawyer for Danny asked for a copy of it, and Joyce said NO. I am not going to give you anything, and the GAL CVLS and Judge said nothing.

I told the lady that runs CVLS that Joyce was telling lies; I told her about how Zion was sold for link, and you know what she told me? She looked me in my eyes and told me that it was nothing she could do; talk to the Judge. Well, you run CVLS, it is your job to come to court and do what is best for Zion, and you decided that it was better to Lynch me in court than help Zion. Well, you ask why; well, that is why!

I asked to speak to the lawyers as CVLS, David and the Judge were trying to pull a fast one and I wanted Danny Lawyer to be my lawyer also as I did not want this case to be a joke and the Judge did not want that.

THE COURT: Oh no, no, no. He's not your attorney.

He's just identified himself as Ms. Purnell's attorney. So

you can't play, you know, back and forth as you've seemed

to -- frankly, Mr. Reese. I shouldn't speak for you. Do

you have a reason that Mr. Muhammad would seek your advice?

MR. REESE: Well, he's pro se, your Honor, so he might

want some information --

THE COURT: Well, if he's going to talk to you, why

can't he speak to all the attorney as part of the record?

Now, I did a motion to remove the judge and she granted that motion and David and CVLS did not want this judge off the case; they knew for fact that another Judge would have shut this bull down. So when the Judge was forced to grant my motion David came to court and lied to get her back on the case.. The laws are clear when a Judge leaves a case they cannot just come back on this case. But she did

THE COURT: Okay. Let me get one thing straight. You

have so many motions to substitute me as a judge --

MR. MUHAMMAD: And none of them have been heard, your

Honor.

THE COURT: Oh yes, one was heard, Sir.

MR. MUHAMMAD: That was an OP, your Honor.

MR. GOTZH: The Court's made a substantive ruling.

This train's left the station months ago.

When a question about the fact that service in this case A lawyer said this; now you hire this man to do anything for you; well you are as dumb as a bag of ROCK!

MR. GOTZH: My position in terms of arguing prejudice,

prejudice in terms of service is not like how bad somebody

feels but whether the prejudice prevented somebody from

being able to go before the Court and argue or do something.

By way of illustration, if somebody was suing like McDonalds

and Burger King, granted they both serve hamburgers but

they're separate companies and certainly notice to both

would probably be appropriate but in this case, we have a

unity of interest of sorts. They're married. They're

together. This is, Judge, and I don't think –

When a question about service the court said service was not needed due to this fact:

“The law gives the mother superior

rights.”

There is no law in the world that says this

Now. I want to be clear as I can CVLS and A Cook County Judge said that service to her is that when anyone is in another courtroom and they know about a case that is service in that other case. So you are in one courtroom on a different issue; that is service on other cases.. . If Cook County Board President support this judge in 2020, she needs to run out of the county with this Judge!

MR. MUHAMMAD: What's before you now, right now is the

fact that there was never notice sent.

THE COURT: Okay. I heard it. And it's not notice to

you, Sir. So thank you very much. Okay folks, I'm ready to

rule. First of all, I want to say counsel thank you for

coming in to the case.

“I certainly acknowledge that your

client and her husband have been taking very good care of

Zion for almost 12 years. I acknowledge that. And I would

have loved to have heard Miss Purnell's testimony. She

didn't appear and I consider her to have gotten notice

because there was an active adoption case in a different

courtroom in this very building that surely she was

participating in and surely the issues of the mother

objecting to guardianship, she hadn't been -- gotten notice

to because she was in this court trying to get her child

back.”

FAKE NEWS

How easy it is to play games with the mind if you are not smart enough to read. “The pretrial population at the Cook County Jail has been reduced by more than 30 percent since she took office in 2010 and in 2017”.

This is on the Cook County board President website, and it seems that this is a good thing. Now, facts are that the numbers are down because they are using more house arrest. They have a contract with a company that allows those arrested to go home under house arrest; and yes, they pay for this.

You see this is s game that has been played on people for many years as they hope, no they know for sure that you all will not read. They do this every day. The news comes on with the big news flash “Black Man Kills.”

Now, what or who did this black man kill? That is not important as they have planted into your head that black men are out here killing. Not one but all. 

So, let me take David Gotzh brief and show you how he played the race game with the Illinois Appellate Court and CVLS signed off on this. I know for a fact that he emails this to them, and they are ok with what he put into this brief. As it had an issue with grammar (yes shocker, a lawyer cannot write also; one that loves to talk about my writing) that he fixed; as the brief, he submitted to the court changed. Once more, he lied about sending it out to us.

“M.M. is African American (C 121), as is Z.W. (C 733) and J.W. (C 270). There is a birth certificate in the record indicating a Jay Williams is the legal father (C 160), but based on a prior GAL report from 2008, it appears he has never been involved in this guardianship dispute (C 144).” So, what has he done? He has brought RACE into the case with the high court; he is telling them that I am a Black man as such I should not be trusted. He is telling them that the man that signs Zion Birth record as he is not Zion biological father’ IE term “Legal” has not been in the picture as such he has no rights.

Now, as a racist here comes the part about how a black man in a criminal “M.M had a minor criminal history (C 90) and had plead guilty to battery in 2009 (C 90), with the victim being J.W.” This has nothing to do with the case and was the laws followed. However, for David and CVLS, this is how they work. They planted the seed that Oh yes Mahdee is this big black man going around beating up on women.

Now, what did he put this in for and not tell what the old gal wrote back in 2008;  “Mahdee Muhammad is Danieiie Pumeii-Hopkins' husband. Mahdee is 40 years old and the father of three children. Mahdee is a graduate of Jackson State University with a degree in history/political science, and has a Master's degree in education from Walden University. Mahdee taught for over ten years in Memphis, Tennessee, and in the Chicago area. He currently is self-employed and owns rental real property and does rehab on buildings. Mahdee is in exceiient health and has no substance abuse issues. Other than the incident with Joyce described below, Mahdee has had two brushes with the Jaw: a trespassing misdemeanor in 1989 and unlawful possession of a firearm in 1992. According to Mahdee, during his entire teaching career there was never an incident of him hitting or abusing a student. Mahdee fuiiy supports the application for guardianship of Zion. Quite simply, he loves Zion and feels that a stable two-parent home with caring siblings would be a much better environment for Zion than him being "in the system". Mahdee has the financial means to support Zion and is prepared to do so without any outside payments or stipends.”

Now, this was not talked about as it does not go to their case. Now get this CVLS job, and the only job was to be the lawyer for Zion. They were, in this case, to speak for Zion, not Joyce, not us; just Zion. Now, David did not talk about Joyce being in a mental hospital, not once but twice. He did not talk about her life of selling sex; he did not talk about her in stolen cars or the fact that she has been accused of abusing Zion in 4 different DCFS reports before we got him, or being in over or remove from 15 apt in the last five year; Etc.  No, none of this was an issue, as it does not fit the FAKE NEWS.

I want to ask those in power, why is Cook County giving money to CVLS to destroy black children? Someone needs to answer this. The person that oversee the lawyers for CVLS knows all about this, the board members for CVLS knows about this, and they gave Davide GAL of the month for what he did. You know he is a racist, and you give him an award for being one, that is SICK.

Joyce attacked my wife in my house, and I stop her; I never put a hand on her, but being the only black man (this is what the Black police said after he came back and took me to jail) at that house I had to go to Jail. I allowed a layer to convince me into taking a plea to get out of Jail and I attempted to withdraw that plea; however, it was done on day 31. You have 30 days, and this is it; that case made it way up to the Illinois Supreme court and 30 days is the law to motion anything (unless it is in an adoption case).

Now today I go to court as I am a grain of sand trying to bring the light into the misguided work of CVLS. I have filed a civil rights case on them, and I am pro-se. I must fight a company that is all lawyers, and I go this because no one in Cook County cares enough about saving the life of little black boys. No, his life was not worth it as there is too much money being made. CVLS makes money to make little killers; the court make money to keep them on the street, and the process never stops. Well, I want to put a stop to it, and I will give my life for this cause.

FYI the gun case, I was coming back from school in the south and was in the south sub of Chicago; well I had my gun in the glove box. A pearl handle 380.

I was stopped for speeding, and I told them I had my gun in the car; as in Jackson, you can carry like that. Well, in Ill you cannot, and they gave me a fine and took my gun. However, this not relevant as David talks about me.  David has a history, tax issues, many speeding, and other issues with cars. Google the name David Gotzh out of Washington State, and you will see what I am talking about.

Do not toss rocks when you live in a Glass House; I did not talk about this in my Brief as it has nothing to do with this case and did Joyce get service; as she did not!

My Word is MY Bond

I just receive a copy of CVLS Appellee Brief in Zion case, and they did just as I felt they would, and that was to make it 90% about me.  (They are trying to defend what was done with Zion by producing A Fraud Document as their Proof, as I knew they would)

The reason that I am suing CVLS and David is due to the fact that when you allowed races to become the main factory into a case, that deals with the life and death of a child you need to remove yourself from that case.

CVLS knew firsthand about this, and they choose to do nothing, what they did was to praise him, give him GAL of the month. For what? Trying to destroy the life of yet another child of Color. I am so sick of these so-called liberals with their heads in the sand. They feel just because they give poor people food to eat that helps them.

Do not give a man food to eat; teach him how to feed himself as that is how that man can grow. We give out link to keep people in a slave mindset. Why work, why go to school we can get link and do nothing. This cycle never stops, and the saying that you have welfare babies to grow to become welfare adults is all so true.

I see it each day that I go to the building as I have to pass by the local police station and I ask myself how is it that we only make up 12% of total U.S. population; however, it seem as if we are the majority ones that are in need.  What happens to the black family that we use to know? Natural public aid came into the family and destroyed it.

CVLS proud itself of doing good for the poor, Ya see how well that is working. They have done to the poor people the same thing that the Catholic Church has done; Nothing.  Cook County needs to ban them from receiving any state funds until they have been audit. I know that they talk about how they are for the poor and they have a large number of lawyers that work hard; however, they have many David’s in their mist.

One bad apple does what to the crop? He wants to say that he cannot be a racist due to the fact that Zion, is the same race as I. WHAT? You destroy a child and compare his life to that of a burger. You talk about how this child was conceived of RAPE; when that is a lie.  You help to take a child that had his life in order, and you gave him a disorder and said that was for the best.

I hope what you did to him, comes back to you 20-fold; you watch as your own grow up to get hook on drugs. Heroin is making its way through your city like wildfire. You think that you are living in a bubble when you can come into the City and pat the poor little black children on the head and run back to your little towns and say I am glad those people do not live here.

Yes, Sir, you said that.  You could lie about it, you can deny it, but you did say that. So, to say that you cannot be a racist is a joke into the face of racist.  I will review their brief with my mentor and address it all the parts about me do not and will not be addressed as they are Moot at this point.

I want to bring this part to a close, and My Word is MY Bond and Bond is MY WORD. I am going to take this case all the way up if I have to do such.

I fight for life; I fight to right a wrong; this racist wants to keep on saying what harm has been done. Well, take his two and send them to go live down on 79th street and see how they turn out. I am so hot, I am hot at black folks as we allowed this, in Cook County majority of the significant office are run by people of color and you all know what is taking place in these courts and you do and say nothing.

Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan is a demarcated judge and back by them, and all that she is doing to destroy little black babies is with the blessing of the So-called Democratic party. As the saying goes, it took the Republicans to Free Slaves from Democrats.

Who will free them now?

Do not come from when you do not have a leg to stand on.

On October 9, 2018, I had a 30 min conversation with one of the people that came to court and lied under oath during the illegal hearing to take Zion. 
During this call, she admitted that she lied and after the call, she had a conversation about this call. Now, she did not hang up her phone, and the conversation was recorded
She was at the movies with her spouses, and they spoke about how she lied in court and how she only had one choice to come back to court and keep telling her lie.
I had to subpoena her to court and CVLS, and David did not want her to come to court (and they told her not to). Now during this conversation, she admitted that she lied, and she also said that the man who was there knew that she was telling a lie as he was Joyce lawyer.
Now, on May 30, 2018, Joyce called Danny and got her voice message, and during this call, they also did not hang up, and it was recorded. She was on the phone talking to a woman who I think is the same one that came and lied for Joyce.
During this conversation, they talk about how David was helping her, and she called him “her lawyer.” She talks about how they were going to “fuck me over” and other points in this case.
I wanted to play and present this as evidence in the hearing on October 10, 2018, and David and the Head person at CVLS objected to this. Now, the case is and was about what was or is in the Best interest of Zion; however, all these facts were. The Judge said that it was too late to bring any of these issues before the court as we had our chance during the hearing that we were not at.
During the hearing on May 18, 2018, how was I going to bring this when it did not take place until after that fact. Also, we were never given a list of who was coming to court or what they were going to talk about. However, during our hearing on October 10, 2018, we gave both Joyce and her and Zion lawyer David a list of whom we were going to call.
Now, David objected to anyone that was subpoena due to the fact that we did not give him their address. Fact is that I offer to turn over the address to the Judge in chamber (or under seal) and she could give them to him. This was due to the fact that I gave my daughter Address in the adoption case and David got that and turned it over to Joyce.
Joyce drove down state late one night with two gang members to my daughter house. So to say that some did not want their address giving out. During the hearing on October 10, 2018, David made the Judge get the name and information all their witness as Joyce has someone with her that took notes of their names.
Now, after the people gave out their personal information David asked the Judge to have them all removed from the courtroom (she removed them all, but that one person that was there with Joyce). This is a fact that is in the transcript from that date.
It is a fact that as a man of color I know that there is and will never be justices for me or those that look like me. I know that when and if Judge Kennedy-Sullivan was interview by the Judicial Board she lied. I say that as I cannot see her saying that she told me that she did not trust me, she did not like me, she was going to stop the adoption of Zion and all the other remarks she made in court.
Now, why did she speak so boldly in court? Well, she told why she is a “Judge,” and no one will overturn what she does, and she can do what she wants as she is the “Judge.” David lied and he was able to do such for two reasons, the judge was not going to check him on this, and it was going to be my word against his and ARDC proved that when a black man dares to question a White one, he will not win.
I persisted all the facts to ARDC, and they told me that unless one of the other lawyers in the case, or the judge in the case spoke up or came forward it was nothing they could do. So, there is no check and balance in Cook County or the State of Illinois if you are a black man.
I have the recording; I have the transcript to prove all that I say and still to this day I have noted been called by ARDC, the Judicial Board or anyone from Chief Justice Evans office; the reason is that all talk about how if you see something you say something. When it is a fact that if you see something and you say something you get Lynch for it if you are a Black Man! 
Since the power that be do not want to do their job, I am forced to do such. There is case law that is clear when a Judge does anything that is not within their powers as a judge even if they are on the bench; they do not have Judicial Immunity for such actions.
As the GAL for Zion David and CVLS are not under any type of immunity when it comes to him being their client as such for both I am making an FOIA request for any documents or statements made by anyone outside of what I sent (I have my own copies). If need be, I will go to court to get these documents.

Chickens do come home

I need HELP; was on the phone with the point person from the Atty General Office that I have been working with for about a year now. She was saying to me that she thinks I need to make a child to my Civil Rights-Civil case that I have on CVLS and Atty David Gotzh. 

She told me that it might be hard to prove this type of case due to the fact that they are going to destroy all the emails or any corresponded to prove my case; and unless I can get others to come forward (someone with CVLS) and give me what I need my case might have some issues. 

Now, she was saying that I need to admen my complaint; however, the issue was she could not legally tell me what it needs to be. Now if not Civil Rights what? She was saying that if I do this, my case will be secure from what she has read and knows about the case. The AG office under both AG does not handle these types of case as such they could not bring a case under the Civil Rights Act. 

The Federal Government told me that they did not have judications due to the fact that it is a State Issues. I have been swamped; however, I am going to send in my request to get a copy of the investigation that was done by the Judicial Board on the Judge. I was told that there were some Deputies that were interview that told everything; however, I cannot get their names. I have been looking and reaching out for some of David older clients as I am sure that this was not his first time. 

I have also reached out to the schools that he attended as I want to get those records also. I have reached out and talk with a few lawyers about this case; however, it is hard to find one that will take on CVLS. The only hope I have it to get the Fed’s to take them on as they have the manpower and push to get the records. 

So, any of my Civil Rights folks know the case law that I need to be looking at?

Have to be at the courthouse to get an order to get some records that I need for my case as the place did not want just to give them up, and due to the fact that they are out of state, I need a Court order to get them. 

After I got up and got my water intake for the day, I found myself back asleep, and I had a dream about Zion and the life he is living right about now. I ask you to think about the life that you are living right now. You have access to anything that you want; you can get. Well, that is what Zion life was like. 

This time last year he had just got back from taking the school Springfield trip and took some of his money to buy his mom (Danny) a Mother-Day gift and was so happy about that and he and I were talking about the upcoming summer and all that we were going to do. 

Baseball was Key for the summer, and in one day Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan and CVLS David Gotzh change this little boy’s life; Why? They wanted to Lynch Me in Cook County Probate Court; they wanted to make me pay for being a black man that could read and write. I can tell you about the times they joke about me thinking that I was smart; the times David Joke made his little jokes about me in court.

Death

During the night I was up thinking about death, and it was like a door hit me that in 50 years I will not be here. It might be less, or it might be more, but it will be an end date. It is true that I use to have a fear of death, I use to think about it a lot in my younger years, and that is why I did all I could to prepare for it as I know it is coming.

Death is not like anything in life. You can say that will I eat this today or will I go there; however, with death, it is not if or might it is going to come. So, I think about what in my life would I love to do that I am not doing. As I must live my life as it will end, due to the fact that it will end.

David the White Nationalist wrote so much bullshit in these motions that he did in Zion case (as I have been reading them over getting ready for court); this man talks about everything about me and nothing about this little boy. I cannot find one time where he said that what he was doing was in the best for Zion.

It is 99.9% about me. He should not be a lawyer as he brings a bad name to them and let be real; it is not like they had a good one to start with. He talks about how I spoke about how I am ready to die for this case. Now, I do not know why he spoke about that. Was he trying to apply that I was going to take my life or someone else, I do not know as he is just a dummy for lawyers.

He is not black, so he does not get this, Black people have been giving their lives for what they believe in all the time. So, when we say that we are ready to die; it is saying that you can kill me and that is not going to stop me, as I would give my life for any one of my children to have a better life than I.

That makes me so mad as I am going to die, it is not might, but a will and I have just spent one year out of my life that I will never see doing something that I should not have had to do. I should not have to fight to give a child a life; I should not have to fight to keep a child safe; I should not have to fight to educate a black child.

I Have had to do all that, and I must keep on fighting until this little boy is free. He is in a mental jail right now where he must adapt to a life that he knows nothing about, he had to eat what he was giving due to the fact that he cannot do for self. But May 31, 2018, is going to be a day that for the rest of his life he will never forget.

Life is too dam short that as a Black man I have to fight each dam day on this earth, I have to fight the white man, I have to fight my brothers just to walk and live to see another day. Black Men need to be placed on the endangered list, as we are being killed off one way or another and it kills me that nothing is done to stop this.

Do you think that our government wants to stop the killing of black men, do you think they want to save them or help them. That is like saying that Dr. wants to cure Cancer; they do not. My words are nothing; they have no power; I have no power as I do not have any people behind me. Black folks have become a non-factory as we do not have a Man or Men to lead us anymore.

Here we go, yes, I know that some will say that we have great women of color doing things. Yes, we do, but never underestimate the White man; he does not fear any woman. He allows women of color to do what they do as it helps to keep the race in check; sorry that is the fact that many do not want or like to hear. Let me break this down to you; when black folk thinks about having a child before having a family that is a problem. As we are the only ones that do this, everyone else says I need a husband to have a family; not us, we think that being a mother will take care of everything.

The David and Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan are able to destroy black children due to the fact that we do not think family first and foremost. Let me be clear Cook County Probate court is full of black and some brown babies; you do not see White folks up in there unless little Becky had a child with a black man. CVLS is not out there in the northern or western burbs; now they are in the heart of the city as that is where they can do the most harm.

Yes, I said Harm! As they are not better than the Catholic Church; they allowed these lawyers to practice on those that need help the most. You do not see your top notice lawyers going to work for them, as they pay them nothing. No, you have these White Nationalist like David that says how can I destroy the most significant number of black and brown folk; well go work at CVLS. Just think if a White Nationalist Dr. wanted to do the most harm; he/she would work at Cook County hospitals.

If we know that we are going to die; as we are, why do we not live our life making sure that all that come after us will have a better life. Why do we take another life so easy; now we were taught by the best killers on how to take a life, but we do not have to be like our teachers. Let me say that you are going to die, so you have a choice on how you live.
