Healthcare fraud is the Norm for 1806

Healthcare fraud is any submission of data to a health care system with the intention of turning a profit. Now how did Joyce turn a profit, well Zion was on our health insurance, and he still had his medial card. However, they paid 0 due to the fact that he had private insurance. Now, it is a fact that we did not have to put him on and we did such due to two factors, we did not want anything from the state, and it sucks as our private Dr. that our children saw did not accept it.
To get Zion back, Joyce had to show the court that she was not only willing but able to take care of him and support him. Now, let's do the math, she applies for link first day, next she keeps using our insurance to take him to the dr. (as we have the bills). Now the hate for me has blind CVLS and Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan so much that they both sign off on Joyce committed health care fraud.
Joyce said that Zion could go on her insurance with her job. However, he has a medal card, and he is on ours. Now, she said this in court on the record and what did the judge tell her? Nothing. The GAL whom is a lawyer, and head of CVLS all said nothing. It was I that pointed out that was fraud. I was told it is none of my concern anymore.
Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan who is a cook county judge under Chief Judge Evans told someone in her court that she is ok with insurance fraud as long Zion is not with me. Medicaid fraud also counts as a felony charge and can be prosecuted under federal law. The new legislation delineates a civil money penalty on people who submit fraudulent Medicaid information ranging from $10,000 to $50,000. These are supplementary to the Illinois False Claims Act, which provides for damages between $5,500 and $11,000. Also, a number of anti-kickback statutes were enacted, allowing for a minimum of twenty (20) years imprisonment, with an option for life imprisonment present.
The statute of Limitations in Illinois is such the Statute of Limitations on fraudulent concealment within Illinois is five (5) years. When it comes to the False Claims Act, however, the statute of limitations varies. Charges can be pressed within six (6) years of the date at which the violation was committed. However, the circumstance arises where the facts for the case are not known to the governmental agency that has the right to press charges. As such, if evidence is found within ten (10) years of the violation, charges can be pressed no more than three years after evidence first comes to light.
Now, who pays for this?  The taxpayer of the State of Illinois does. A cook county judge and CVLS and a lawyer from another state have help Joyce committee insurance fraud to show how much they hate me. Now, can you or I go out and put our child on state support insurance? Why not? Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan said it is ok to do such. And Chief Judge Evans feel that it is ok as she is one of his judges.
So, take a look at those high taxes you pay and think the cook county folks for that.  Joyce said that she could put Zion on her job insurance, why does she not do this? I can tell you; it cost that is why. She gets a link to feed Zion, she gets housing help to house him and get medical insurance and uses the ER to treat him and takes her money and buys weed and takes cares of the men in her life.
We have a government back system that has one goal, and that is to destroy young black children, and it is deplorable when the parents help them. I was standing in courtroom 1806, and I told Judge Susan Kennedy-Sullivan that she gave Joyce Washington a son that she does not know for someone else to take care of and she looked at me and told me she does not care. Look at your paycheck as the cook county courts thank you.

Let’s see if the Feds or the AG office investigate this? After all, it is so easy to prove this to be fact; as the GAL is going to call Joyce and tell her that she must take Zion off and pay for his insurance; CVLS hates me so much they might pay it for her. After all, this was about taking a child from us to give him to mom as mom said she can and was able to support him. That is what you said David and Judge Kennedy-Sullivan.
